Discovery of 2 new Qis

After having practiced for 5 months I decided to go out again and continue my journey. I had to make new encounters and face lifes and deaths situations to squeeze out all the potential in me. I couldn't just stay holled up in my cave for eternity.

Osis and me packed our belongings which amounted to almost nothing, and exited our cave. We were going to the core area of the Time Forest. We were already drawing near but I couldn't help myself from finding a lot of inconsistencies in this forest. First I remember that during my first week in the forest everything was silent and there were no noise and beasts. I remember only eating roots and bays. Second since we are in a cultivation world, why isn't there any plants and cultivations resources around us ? We are in an environment with aboundant Time Qi which is a rarity in the world, I'm sure. Even if it's a low stage and level area, there should be some minors resources.

Weeks passed again and soon the 7 month cap in this world was already behind us. I was training in a movement technique involving Time Qi, but it was way too complex. I did some progress yhanks to the original idea⁶ but was unable to even make it an art.

It's in the morning of the last day of the 7 months that dark and heavy clouds began to gather in the area. I was once again stunned because I noted another difference with a normal world. There was an absence of weather. I had just experienced during these 7 months beautifulls sunny days with brights moons for nights. That's the first time there was a change in the weather.

Delighted and surprised I choose to get undressed so I could apreciate for once a natural shower. During my stay in the cave I had used little ponds found around the mountain but they weren't big enough for me to enjoy myself. I could now take a shower which was quite different from a bath. Since I prefered shower, I sensed as if I was blessed by Heaven.

Heavy rain began to pour out of the clouds as deafening rumbling was heard. I looked up with my body drenched in my sweet and water and happily took some herbs with nice scents and rub it against my body. I wanted a clean body which smelled nice. After taking the shower I put some of the differents set of clothes I had to wash and put them to dry. I took one and dressed myself again.

That's when I heard the thunder and cracking of lightning. I saw a flash and a silver tree was set on fire, after the thunder was heard again, nearly one or two kilometers away.

'That's my chance ! If I managed to get close, find the remnant of Lightning Qi and replicate it I will have one more thing less to think about and be nearer from my goal.'

"Osis let's go !" I said and ran to the tree on fire.

I didn't know it but during these 7 months I hadn't spend a single hour without eating, sleeping or training myself. I had now the body of an athletes and was super fit. I could run pretty long distances without feeling any tiredness and could hunt all day long if there was the need. Osis was the same. He grew up really fast. The fact that he was tinier that the first time I met him is proof of it's trust in me. He said to me that he used the tiny form when he want to relax or is at ease with the person next to him. While the big form is for hunting or when he is alert and anxious. Coming back to his development, Osis was now, in his big form, nearly 2 meters high. He was now extremely fast. When I asked him why, he said it was because of his instinctive use of Time Qi inside his body which had improved his speed. He combined Natural and Time Qi to follow a certain rythm and path inside his body making him faster, stronger and sharper. That was the reason behind me trying to create a Time Movement Art. A normal peregrine falcon can go at a speed of 180 km/h diving, while Osis could go at the same speed just flaping his wings. Just flying made him one of the fastest being in the world I was sure of it, just imagine when he decides it's time to dive... He would probably pass the 400 to 450 km/h speed.

Coming back to the tree on fire, I reached it in nearly one minute as Osis was mocking me for my slowliness. He sure was smug...

I approached carefully the tree on fire and tried to little by little extingish the flames and succeed after 10 minutes. I didn't want to be unterupted by a tree falling or completely burnt. I had to know where I could find the Lightning Qi and differentiate it from differents Qi in the atmosphere. If the trunk and tree was completely burnt it wouls become more difficult for me.

I sat cross leged near the now dark silver chared tree and tried to sense the differents Qis in the atmosphere around us. I now had a range of 4 meters and could see more clearly the tendrils and filaments of Qis. I saw a lot of red, green and silver Qis but was unable to find Lightning Qi. I continued to search for almost 2 hours when I touched it.

It was a bright yellow tendril of Qi which was resting in the earth below. It is known that the Lightning, while falling will usually find the best target possible to reach the ground, be it tree, man or something else.

I began to manipulate the Lightning Qi but wasn't startled to see that the Lightning Qi was almost uncontrollable for me. I spend some time trying to compare it with Fire Qi but was unable to find something new. That's when I looked up and saw the heavy clouds part themselves after 5 hours of continuous rain, that I had an idea.

I gathered in my hands condensed water and wind, I needed a really good control of my Elementals Qi. Fortunetely my training in my Four Elementals Spear Art just gave it to me. I gathered two clouds in both my hand and turned them one against the other without forgetting that they should move in differents directions. One in the clockwise direction and the other in the anti-clockwise direction.

I rubbed them together and little rumbling, caused by the hot and cold little gusts of winds in my hands, was heard. I succeed in creating Lightning Qi. I knew that it was just the first type of Lightning, the easiest one to produce which could be harnessed by almost everyone but I was happy nonetheless.

Later that day I found a patch of dry grass and used to make our campfire. We continued our travel and I was steadily improving my differents arts and at the same time my control over Qi.

We were advancing quite slowly since I had to practice everyday, but I suddenly understood that this forest wasn't as tiny as I thought it was. Therefore I increased my pace and forced myself to train my Time Movement Art while runing. I wasn't as concentrated as I could be while normally training but I had to do it nevertheless. Also it would do me good, I could see my improvement and where was the defaults of my Art while traveling in the forest.

After reaching the core area nearly 2 weeks of constant travel later, we set our camp near a lake and decided to stay for a while. The four Elementals Qis were already controlled and I couldn't improve in this domain before long. So I was trying to improve my other Qis. There was Blood, Soul, Time, Golden, Off-White, Dark Ancient, Lightning, Wood, Metal and Ice. I also had to find Space and Spear Qi.

I spend nearly 4 months just trying to create my Time Movement Art and did it. I used the advices from Osis who was constantly improving. He was already smart but after our blood bond we shared our talents. I received part of his talent in Time Qi while he received part of my talent in Soul cultivation. Since it doesn't really comes from us, theses talents need time and efforts to blooms and integrate inside ourselves but the resultare sure to be exceptional. Fortunetely we didn't slack off and after 4 months my Movement Art was completed. I named it Time Phasing Art. By coating myself in Time Qi and making it differ from the Time Qi of the World I could make myself go in a separate time. I was basically 'teleporting'. It wasn't as simple as that but that was the idea. Well the idea was good but my Time Phasing Art was really imature, I was constantly being mocked by Osis but was nonetheless happy because I succeed in the goal I had set for me.

I spend nearly ten months in this world and decided that I shouldn't worry about the others from now on. I had talent and even if I was concentrated on several times more Qis than other, I knew I could pull it and create incredibles Cultivations Techniques. Even if they were more advanced than me in Soul, Body and Qi Cultivation. They wouldn't be able to have a foundation as sturdy as me unless they had equivalent talent and motivation. I planned to use the 2 years and 2 months left of the blessings to increase my control over my Qis and to create theories behind my Cultivation Techniques. Since there was Body, Soul and Qi Cultivation, I had to create three compatible Techniques. I also had to create the method to gather the Qis inside my body and to have the tangible image of what my core would be. It shouldn't be too difficult for someone else, because they could be happy with just Fire or Water Qi, but given the fact I had 14 differents Qis and planned to create and control 2 more, I had to choose which Qi I would use in my future cultivation and make the differents Qis coexist and help each other so that I had the requirement to create the most powerfull, unfathomable and flowless Techniques possible.

I continued to create new Techniques and Arts so that I could discover new way to increase my power and to understand this. I was super happy because my primary objectives in becoming strong was discovering the mysteries of this world. Making myself enter seclusion and little by little discover the truth behind this world was making me really excited.

I spend nearly half a year studying and practicing new techniques. One was based on my Soul and Blood Qis. I wanted to create clones to increase my rates of improvement. Alas I had to take a step back and stop all research because I knew at the end that it wouldn't be possible for now. I had to split my soul and find proper material to create a clone. Also without being minimum a Qi Core Creating Cultivator I couldn't use any Qi, I had no Qi to talk about. Well I could use the Qi from the world but it wasn't a good idea. It should comes from me.

Another was a Spear Art based on Lightning Qi and Metal Qi. It was far more powerfull and fast than the Four Elementals Spears Art but it wasn't as stable yet. It was sharp and fast beyond compare.

I also began to research my Golden, Dark Ancient and Off-White Qis. I wanted to put a name behind them and control them. So I started with Golden Qi and, as Time Qi, I used it on everything I could think of. After spending 1 hour using it on grass, plants and herbs I found that the Golden Qi was way more in tune with nature than human. I had succeed in healing me with it at first but that was just an additional effect. The primary use was making plants more healthy. I understood after 3 months of research that it wasn't just that, the Golden Qi was one that help the little atoms inside plants to absorb more Qi rending them shinier and giving them incredible abilitues and potential.

I was really happy because I knew what type of Qi it was. One that was usually ultra important in every Cultivation World that had existed. At first I was quite confused but if we look more into it we see that we can not merely infuse Qi inside plants, herbs, roots and grasses but we can also extract the Qi and important resources inside of these. If you do it with differents kinds of materials and find the right method to fuse them you could create a medecine, something every cultivator would dream of. The Golden Qi was the gate to learn Alchemy, and thus was named Alchemy Qi. The joy I felt was really out of this world. I had access to a lot of different Qis and the majority was extremely profound and powerfull. If I did right, I could not only have an easy life, I could also compete to become the True Child of God. Even if it was my goal from the start, having more and more hidden cards and potential was always good.

After finding the Alchemy Qi, I decided to create a little garden to research and practice Alchemy. To do it I had to first search for the reason why there was no resources in the forest, and also venture deeper inside the Core Area of the Time Forest.

I prepared Myself and created a new spear, this time with Metal qi. It was rudimentary and didn't have any particularity but I was content with this. It was the proof that my training of my new Spear Art had increased my control over Metal Qi. I sew new clothes and created some protections and went out.

It was a year and 4 months since I was in this world and my will to live and discover this world was growing stronger than ever.
