Is hell supposed to be white?

After running for a few minutes, I found the girls hiding in the trees. I began to climb up as well to sit next to them, and when I reached the top, a few bandits ran passed us while being chased by Grimm.

One of them stopped underneath us and began to look around, trying to sense any negative emotions. But before that could happen, my mother used one of her chakrams to slice its head off.

Sienna was busy comforting Blake, who was trembling in fear from being captured. I made my way towards her and wrapped her in my tails.

She instantly released Sienna and hugged one of them instantly and was able to calm down in a few seconds.

"Aiko, I think its time you told them." I looked at Sienna in hesitation, but she nodded her head in confirmation.

"Fine, but first we have to keep moving." The four of us climbed down the tree, and made our way up north.

Things were awkward during the walk, but Blake soon broke the silence when she snapped out of her daydream.

"Aiko, was that your semblance?" I nodded my head and summoned my mother, who smiled and waved at Blake.

"Hello little one, it's nice to finally meet you." Blake hid behind me, but she peaked a bit and widened her eyes in awe.

"Your really pretty." She said, my mother just giggled and gently patted her head, before Blake could back away, she succumbed to the head pats and began to purr.

"Ahhh yes, I can't forget about the two guardians that protected my son. I thank you." She bowed toward both Sienna and Ilia.

Siennas face didn't show any change, but she nodded her head. Ilia on the other hand was surprised and nervous, she tried to compose herself, but her trait showed how embarrassed she is.

"I-It's nothing, w-we were just told to protect them." Ilia stuttered, my mother narrowed her eyes, but soon joined me and Blake.

"So, I think it's best if I tell a small story." She said and created chairs for all of us, Ilia, Sienna, and Blake were hesitant at first.

But as soon as they saw me and my mother sitting down, they slowly made their way to their seats

Blake on the other hand made her way towards me and tried to sit down, but with how small it was, she couldn't fit.

My mother just giggled at what Blake was doing, she waved her hand to the side, causing the chair to turn into a small couch.

She then snapped her fingers, and our entire surrounding changed from a forest, to a warm log cabin, and there was a fire lit at the fire place.

"There we go, nice and comfy." She said and sighed, as the five of us sat in silence, I noticed that both Blake and Ilia were slowly falling asleep.

"Time for bed you two, can't have you exhausted." As the two girls passed out, my mothers face changed.

"And I can't have you two know everything." Both me and Sienna knew what she meant, but only I knew the full truth.

"Now, I'm assuming you have questions, Miss khan?" Sienna nodded her head, and crossed her legs.

"How powerefull is his semblance, and how long can he use it?" My mother hummed at her question and began to ponder on how to answer.

"Let's use this as an example." A tree then appeared in front of us, parts of the leaves were violently burning, as if it was uncontrollable.

And near the trunk, the leaves were calm, not violently trying to separate itself from the tree. I was confused in why she showed us a tree, even Sienna was confused.

"The leaves that burn wild, are the rest of the family, all eight generations." This made Sienna and me shocked.

"And the ones that are calmer, is my generation, meaning, he can summon anyone from my generation." She said, this made Sienna confused at what she is saying.

"I can summon my aunts, and uncles." This time she understood what I was saying.

"Oh." This was something I wasn't expecting, she took my mothers words in a calm manner.

"As for his aura, he only needs to use it to summon us, we don't consume it for how long we are summoned." She said, Sienna was now thinking to herself, digesting the information.

"Well, this made my task on protecting easier, or harder." She said and stood up and was about to head to the bed room.

"By the way, will you be training your son?" She asked my mother, she nodded her head and shooed her away.

"Yes, I will, no go sleep, tomorrow is a long day." As Sienna left to the bedrooms, my mother soon appeared in front of me and placed two fingers on my brow.

"This training will be different, it's more hellish than your father and hers." My eyes rolled to the back of my head, and I soon found myself standing in a white void.

"Wha?" I was inturrupted by a strong wind pressure, that sent me flying a few feet back. It was too fast for me to notice, I rolled for a few times.

My entire body was screaming in pain, I felt my bones were still intact, but it felt like they were obliterated to pieces. I couldn't scream or shout since my jaw felt broken as well.

"I'm sorry my little kit, but this is the price to get stronger." She said and helped me up, and tossed me back to where I was, or farther, or closer.

I couldn't tell where I was before, and I didn't even bother. I forced myself up, trying to ignore the immense pain.

"W-why?" Was all I could mutter before I narrowly dodge my mothers fist, but I was then kneed in the stomach.

"If one wants to fight, they must abandone all morality and fight with what they have." She said while spinning me around.

She then threw me into the air, and soon jumped above me and slammed her hand onto my stomach.

'Is this what they call tough love?' I questioned myself while landing on the ground.

"Well, I think it's time I show you the basics." My mother said and patted my body to remove any dust.

"P-please, and thank you." Was all I muttered, I was then bathed in the blue flame that she created, and all the pain I felt disappeared.

"First, you need to remember what I'm about to teach you." She held her hand, and summoned her flame.

"As before we shall continue with forming objects with your flame." I nodded my head and summoned my flame as well.

"Remember, sphere, then cube, we'll keep practicing one at a time until you can form them uncosciosly." She said, I began to create the sphere in my hands.

Like before, it was easy to create the sphere, but since I was new, I had to take things slow. If I lose concentration like the first time, it would explode in front of me.

Once I made the sphere, I began to margine myself I was pulling parts of the sphere, creating corners.

While at the same time, I made each surface of the shape more smooth. After struggling for a few minutes, I had a cube floating in front of me.

Unlike last time, I kept my concentration on holding the shape. Seeing that the shape didn't explode, my mother smiled and nodded her head.

"Good job, now change it back into a sphere." Hearing her say that, I furrowed my brow but I didn't complain, because I knew she would just toss me around like a rag doll.

I closed myself again, and imagined the cube in front of me. Like before, I imagined myself smoothing the corners, while also creating the curved shape.

"It's...more difficult changing it back." I said while slowly finishing on changing the shape.

"Of course it is, it's meant to teach us to guide the flame, if we forced the flame in its true nature, we would have burned the entire world." I shivered at the thought of that happened today.

I didn't want to do that, be a trryant, or a pyromaniac. I didn't want to be a merciless killer, I guess this is why she is teaching me.

Once I finished reverted the cube back into a sphere, my mother smiled and rubbed my ear with one of her hands.

I felt happy at the sense of her touch and I wanted to take a nap, but I was then smacked lightly on the head, but it was too powerful.

I slammed into the ground, creating a small crater. Yet for some reason, it didn't hurt as much as before.

"W-what is happening?" I asked my mom, she smiled and nodded her head and kicked me with full force.

"It's simple, I'm increasing your pain tolerance. When I attack you here, your brain shall revive the signal." She said and axe kicked me into the ground.

"And as long as I heal you, your tolerance to pain increases." She said while pulling my tails.

The second she pulled my tails, I screamed like a banshee. I wanted to have her stop, to not abuse me, but the longer she kept punching, kicking, and even pulling did the pain stop.

"But that doesn't make any sense." I said while being slapped, she just sighed and shook her head.

"When training the muscle, the muscle tears and heales from its injury's, the same could be said to pain tolerance." My leg was then bent to the side, but I didn't feel anything.

"The more times you are injured, the less pain you'll feel. In the end, if you are struck, stabbed, broken, you will feel nothing." She said and stabbed me with a knife.

I only flinched at what she did, but the pain soon disappeared. It was amazing on how fast I was adapting, but I was confused on how.

"Mom, how long have I been in here?" I asked her, she hummed and tilted her head to the side.

"About a three days." This made me widen my eyes in shock, I had to be hearing things, there's no way.

"Y-you said three days?" She nodded her head and pulled out a watch.

"Of course, it's the gift the animal god have you, he wanted you to become strong enough to survive." She threw another punch, but I dodged it and jumped back.

"Good, your learning." She then then began to throw more punches, each punch was slower than before, but I knew what was happening.

My reflex's were improving, my speed was increasing, and my breathing was becoming more smoother.

'Besides the pain tolerance, everything is slowly improving.' I thought, somehow, I was able to forget about the massacre I did, and instead, I've began to make memory's with my mother.

After training for what felt like days, the two of us were laughing and in the ground. Around us was a large mountain range, swings, slides, and even a merry go round was there.

I felt free and happy, I knew I had the mind of an adult, but I still had that little inner child. I forgot how free it was to not be burdened.

The amount of pain I felt when growing up, handling more responsibility's, not dating, and dying alone, I knew this wouldn't happen in this life.

I will make my own family, my own future, and I'll have the people I love with me to help me grow up.

(A/N) Hey hey, here's todays chapter, sorry for not posting earlier. I've been remembering some old things, dumb to be honest.

But I've been improving, I've started to find a job, and I hope I can find a stable one with all the things that's going around.

But overall, hope you enjoyed my story, leave a comment, send some power stones, and thanks for supporting me.
