Chapter 18: Preparation

In the forest. Seiko's body is frozen. He says, "Hey, Rachid!"

"Yes."

"Why are you recasting your magic?"

"It melts because of heat."

"Can you freeze water?"

"Yes."

Seiko makes an evil grin.

'He is thinking something unusual.'

After completing the deliveries, Seiko says, "Rachid, let's go to the market."

The market is big. It also has a lot of things. They can get lots of stuff because of the dock. The market is always crowded.

Seiko search's something. But he couldn't find it. After searching, for a long time, he finds and buys that. He buys a lot of those. Rachid "What did you buy and Why a lot of it?"

"It's called 'Potash'."

"What will you do with it?"

"You will see when I'm done. Can you send those home?"

Rachid transports the stuff he bought, at home. In a few minutes, Seiko comes with lots of stone.

"What have you bought this time?"

"Limestone."

Rachid didn't know what Limestone and Potash are. Seiko stars to break the limestone and says "Rachid, Buy some sand."

Seiko breaks those limestone and Potash. He breaks them until they become powder-like.

Seiko asks Rachid, "Do you know anyone who can control earth?"

"No"

"Ask Ali, if he knows anyone."

Rachid asked Ali. Ali said he knows someone who can control earth. Seiko went to him and asked him to make 2 earth boxes. One, around 4 feet and another 2 inches smaller than that. He made those boxes. Seiko took them to his house.

at night, Seiko asked Afrin, "Can you melt metal?"

She replied, "I can't but dad can."

Seiko asks Farhat "you can melt metal."

"I can but it will also melt everything around it. I will take you to a blacksmith."

"He will take money from me."

"If I tell him he will not take money."

"Thank you!!"

He went to the blacksmith with everything he bought, yesterday. With the permission of the blacksmith, he uses his furnace. He mixes sand, potash, and limestone powder. He let it melt. He placed the boxes in a way that it had a 2 inches gap every way. The mix turned red and he poured them into the gap. He let it cool. When it got cooled he broke the soil box. A box of glass was made. Everyone was surprised. Seiko asked the blacksmith, "can you make a 3-foot box for me."

"Sure."

"Can you make it for free?

" No"

"Make one for me, I will buy it from you."

Ali says "From where did you learn to make glass?"

"Anime."

His face is full of questions.

" Now that you have asked me, let me tell you a sad story, people used to say "What do you learn from anime? Nothing." I wish they could see me making a box of glass."

"It's not bad, you learned how to make glass."

Seiko cries and says "you are my best friend."

The next day, Seiko tells Rachid, "You don't have to deliver from now on."

"Why?"

"You will be practicing on your magic."

"Why?"

"Because I need your Ice. You will try to make different sizes and shapes of Ice. Now go to the forest and train."

Seiko says, "Ali! From now on you will go with me to deliver."

"Who will look after the shop?"

"Mehdi and Adam."

In a few months, Seiko bought the metal box. Rachid has improved a lot. Seiko starts to go to the dock regularly. Out of curiosity, Ali asks, "Why are you going to the dock?"

"I am finding a good team, with whom I can go to Arab for business."

With a lot of excitement, Ali says, "I want to go. You will need a helping hand right? I will be the helping hand."

"I can't take you."

"Why?"

"Because I have already chosen someone."

"If you take me, I can help you in lots of ways. I have always wanted to go on a journey. I even know a lot of stuff."

"No. I can't take you."

Rachid was passing by. Seiko says "Rachid, come we need to discuss."

He comes, he notices Ali is angry.

Seiko says, "Here is the plan, what I have made is one kind of refrigerator."

Rachid says, "What's that?"

"It will help the food not to get rotten."

"Ohhh. How does it work?"

"at low temperatures foods get rotten slowly.

" Why glass?"

"From glass, heat goes away slowly. That's why I have chosen glass."

"So, how will we make this refrigerator?"

"We will make a wooden box, place the glass box in the wooden box, and fill the rest of the wooden box with hay. Fill the metal box with fruits, and we will put the metal box in the glass box. We will fill the glass box with water then Rachid will freeze it. And in the end, we will close it."

Rachid pretends he understood everything.

"We will go to the Arab's dock. Then from there, we will go to a city where we can sell this food at a high price."

They made their refrigerator.

Seiko was still in search of a crew in the dock. One night, Seiko and Farhat are talking. Seiko told about the plan, he also told that Ali wanted to go with him.

Farhat says "Thank God, I told you not to take Ali before otherwise, it would have been hard to convince him."

Seiko sense someone's presence. He gets out of the room and sees it was Ali. He heard everything they talked about. Seiko tries to follow him but Farhat holds him and says, "it's my problem, Let me handle it." He smiled and followed Ali.

Farhat soon catches Ali, Ali is crying with anger he said, "Why are you trying to ruin my dream? You did this once and now you are doing it again. "

Farhat gave a sympathetic look.

"An old man like you will never understand how I feel."

"Let's sit and talk shall we?"

Ali didn't want to go. Farhat took him to a high place in the forest with force.
