Chapter 59: The secret activities of Pikapool

As the cleanup work in and around Novi Grad starts following Ultrons melting defeat, the now-ruined city is swarmed by employees of Damage Control, a subsidiary of Stark Industries.

Unnoticed by the Avengers, Damage Control or every other human present, a palm-sized backup version of Ultron claws its way out from under a pile of rubble near the former city center. Taking the first breath of fresh air since his activation following Ultron Primes defeat, the little guy comes face to face with a fett mouse dressed in black and red spandex.

''Hello there! Lost your Wifi password?'' States Pikapool, before drawing a super soaker from his back, spraying saltwater all over the robot. As the water seeps into every nook and cranny of the robot, the little guy instantly short circuits. Seeing Ultron finally collapse, Pikapool says. ''... Looks like your warranty doesn't cover saltwater! Your company should look into this...'' Fetching the little guy of the street, he further comments. ''... And here I was thinking that being reduced to a skull was an undignified defeat... But you, my friend, were beaten two times in one day, the second time by saltwater no less.''

The short circuit Ultron in his paws, Pikapool stealthily avoids the Damage Control employees roaming the streets, while also trying to pry open the robot like a nut via his teeth. Finding a great hiding spot in a miraculously untouched adult entertainment shop, he nearly breaks his front teeth before giving up on using them to open the robot.

''What are you? An iMac?'' Pikapool complains, as it finally registers in him where he is as a big smile appears on his furry face...

At the same time, as Pikapool starts to empty out the adult entertainment store largely unnoticed, the Avengers are gathering in the city center. Natasha, once again dressed in a black catsuit, rips out the Mindstone from a puddle of melted vibranium formally known as Ultron Prime. As her fingers touche the stone, golden gauntlet like scales are formed all over her hand tearing fabric.

''Let me take that.'' Natasha suddenly hears a familiar voice not far away. Showing one of her rare heartfelt smiles, she turns in the direction of the voice only to see an exhausted but smirking Wanda.

Throwing the mutant the Infinity Stone, Natasha greets the witch by saying. ''Good to see you again. We girls of this earth have to stick together.''

Taking a closer look at the stone before replying, Wanda is somewhat enchanted by its beauty for only a second before freeing herself from it's an influence. ''I guess so. I somehow miss the others by now.''

''Me too...'' Says Natasha, as she looks at the group of people gathered behind Wanda. These people as one might expect them to be are the most embarrassed Avengers lead by Rodgers and Stark, as well as Ethen. Seeing her chosen family so accepting of her lover, a warm feeling gathers inside the once cold KGB agent as the unconsciously rubs her flat belly.

Seeing the woman's suspicious actions, Wanda refrains from commenting and turns to the Avengers herself, only to be surprised to find her brother amongst them...

Having emptied the entire stores stock of gadgets, toys, erotic lingerie and DVDs, Pikapool once again takes a look at the short circuit mini Ultron. This time tasting the metal instead of mindlessly bitting down on it, he starts cursing. ''WTF?! Vibranium?'' Taking a second lick just to be sure, the fat mouse in spandex nearly vomits from the taste of it. ''Jep, definitely vibranium! Only adamantium tastes worse...'' That said, a new crazy idea occurs to him as he looks at the mini Ultron. ''... So, mini Arnie... Don't I just know a guy with adamantium can openers?! If I am not wrong, he should currently reside in some woods near the American-Canadian Border and that bastard still owes me a team-up movie!''

Getting worked up for no apparent reason, an angry Pikapool opens up a portal and walks through it. The next moment he reappears a small metal detector in his paws, in some unmapped woods near the American-Canadian Border in another reality.

Holding his butt, he curses. ''Next time I should be using a lubricant. Dam that hurts...'' Pointing at the metal detector, he comments. ''... Oh, you don't want to know where came from, but let me give you a hint: It comes from a place that under not kinky surcumstammces should never be explored, believe me...''

Turning on the metal detector he starts shouting'' Come out where ever you are... I know, I know I wasn't there for you and the pedophile in a wheelchair or the kids needed me... I just never showed up after your origin story... Not when you guys fucked up the timeline, nor when our franchise went to the mouse house or when Dark Phoenix was released.''...

While Pikapool is searching for his friend with the adamantium can openers, Ethen, his woman as well as the Avengers arrive at a newly build Avengers headquarters upstate New York? As the woman excuse themselves following an intercontinental flight, Ethen walks with Tony, Steve, and Thor before being metaphysically cornered by Clint Barton, Natashas arrow shooting best friend and Pietro Maximoff, Wanda's brother.

''What have you been doing to my sister?'' ''What did you do to my best friend?'' Question the two angry men him simultaneously without a greeting.

As the words reach Ethens ears, he discovers Quicksilvers high-speed sneak attack on him as a foot is rapidly approaching his crouch. In a reflexive action, he instantly leans slightly back even faster than Quicksilvers kick is approaching.

Since everything was happening in the thousandth of a second, far to fast for regular humans such as Hawkeye, he is taken aback to find them at each others throat from one moment to the next.

''What are the two of you doing?'' Asks Clint, noticing that the two men are restricting each other's high-speed movement forcing the other to return to normal speed.

Overpowering the speedster with pure physical strength, Ethen tells the bowman. ''Don't ask me... He is the one who attacked me.''

Being pressed to his knees, Pietro spits some blood at Ethens face, before cursing. ''First Stark now this fucker. What have people like me ever done to you?''

''Now look you fucking idiot...'' States Ethen while letting go of the speedster. ''... I never did anything to your sister that she didn't want me to do.''

Getting back up on his feed, Pietro spits out another mouthful of blood saying. ''I might have believed you if I were able to talk to my sister. Until then...''

''Pietro? Are you... you again?'' Ethen suddenly hears Wanda say from behind him. Stepping aside, he gives the Maximoff twins time to reunite and the next moment they are already hugging while shedding tears of happiness. Finding Wanda smiling at him while resting her chin on her brother's shoulder, Ethen hears her barely audible say. ''Thank you.''

''I guess... we keep her?'' Ethen is suddenly asked by Natasha who sneaked upon him.

''I guess we do...'' He says teasing his sexy spy, before spotting a spark of jealousy in her eyes. ''... Oh?! How cute and sexy you look when you are jealous.''

''I am not jealous. It is just that...'' Shaking her head, Natasha bites her under lip as she swallows her words. ''... I guess I just need a break. Yes, I am dying to have a vacation. Maybe Kara and Carol need an overseer for their colony project.''

Pulling Natasha close, Ethen asks her. ''Sounds good. Mind if come along?''

Smiling up at him, Natasha leans into him saying just before they kiss. ''Maybe... I guess you have to convince me of your worth.''

As they are kissing, Ethen hears Pietro complain to his sister. ''Are you sure you want to have a relationship with that guy?''...
