1 um what in the world am I a kid

Let me explain I have two sets of memories and if that's not weird enough my first life I was a 26 year old man I was pretty tall at 6'6" I was well I was pretty weird and by weird I mean. I was a anime, dnd, star anything, pretty much you're average nerd but I am also a hunter, fishing, rock climbing, jeeping, pretty much you're average outdoors man and that's not all I was also had three black belts in kendo, taekwondo,and Muay Thai kick boxing respect fully. Now to the weirdest thing that is all I know about that me no name it's weird. But into the new life apparently this poor kid lives at an orphanage or that's what it's supposed to be but it's hell for him me this is confusing.all of the sudden the same bitch that woke me up came in and say I was awake and wanted to kick me in the stomach like she would do to the previous owner of this body but unfortunately for her the new owner of this body was a fighter. Even with a small and fragile body I still side stepped her kick and kick right at the back of her knee that was supporting her weight. Intern she fell forward. As she was falling I hit her in the back of neck knocking her unconscious ps it only takes 5 pounds of force to the right spot. oh shit what did I just do. I just moved on instinct, well known that I look at that kid's life I start to think that I should maybe just kill her. Let me explain she pretty much used a kid of 5-6 as her personal slave/ punching bag I mean he's 5 and he's nearly had every bone in his body and that's also why she calls him monster because he heals fast like he would go to sleep with ten or so bones and over night half of them would be healed. You would think by that she would try to sell me or something like that but no she wanted to keep her personal healing punching bag. But I know I'm grab the back pack in the room then grab the only other set of clothes that I have. Then I sneak to the kitchen and I take enough food for a week, a box of matches, a small pot, a set of silver wear, one big knife and one small knife. Then I sneak to the bathroom supply closet and grab two off the prepackaged basic necessity. After that I sneak my way out of a window on the first floor that was pointing towards a forest. That's also when I heard a loud voice yelling so I figure the the bitch face woke up and is angry. So I make sure that no one saw me and the I run for it as careful as I can, and by that I mean to run in spots that won't leave footprint or a trace. You might think I'm being too cautious but I'm not going back so ya I keep running and running I get to a river in the middle of the forest so I take a break and drink and start to think I might be crazy but I'm pretty sure that I have ran like ten miles straight but that's impossible I mean I'm a kid of 5 years old and I'm pretty sure that should be impossible for an average adult let alone a five year old kid. What is that light thing on that tree on the other side of the river from me its glowing blueish white. Yep I got to check that out I mean I mean how many times can you say that you were going through a forest and you saw a tree glowing and you're not going to check it out come on.i start to look around for a way over the river and I was in luck I saw a couple downed trees stuck in the river on some rocks so I carefully made my way over the river and walked up to the glowing trees know that I'm closer to it I I can see a castle in the glowing parts that's so cool what is this. I step closer to the tree and touch it and the next thing that I know is that I am not in a forest anymore ant I'm looking at that castle from before. I was staring at the castle in awe then I heard a loud popping sound then I heard a voice say finally some has passed the test. Let's say that I screamed jumped back and got into a fighting stance and said what the fuck what are you?!
