Chapter 5. BACK WITH RAGE
Three Months Later,
Everything was back to normal in Oshima. Akio was happy with his grandpa but Eito had not much time to spend with Akio. He was suffering from lung cancer and he hardly hand couple of months remaining in his life. Akio came to know it previous month. They had already decide that their life had already suffered with many hurdles, Eito made Akio strong enough to bear with his upcoming demise.
Akio and everybody else started to live positively with Eito.
Akio and Shiroku helped each other in the business and it took over pretty well. They were all good. Akio was cutting the woods and suddenly he saw Eito coughing. He took a glass of water and went towards him.
Akio - are you okay grandpa. ?
Eito - yeah, I'm fine.
Akio - I don't wanna lose you grandpa.
Eito - Oh god, not again.. Please, I've already told you not to be depressed. Enough of that shit now Akio. Be happy with whatever you have now. Let's talk about something else.
Hey kids, what happened about the protest that was going on in the town for that waste dumping and all.?
Akio - Chibi was handling the project some months ago, He often used to come Oshima for business purpose and we were protesting against his company, whenever he used to come in the town, I wished to cut off his head from his body. But I didn't wanted to make my hands dirty with anyone's blood again. And also I was unable to get over Kaori. So I didn't react. But the strange thing is, some news broke out that Chibi went missing some months ago and his company stopped coming to Oshima anymore and people thought their protest was worth it and It is all under control now.
Eito - do you know where Chibi is?
Akio - I dont have anything to do with that bastard's existence. I don't know where he is.
Eito - Akio. Umm I wanted to.
Akio - yeah go ahead, what is it grandpa.
Asaha came in the room and broke the conversation and took Akio towards Shiroku as he had some work with him regarding the monthly outcome of the profit of the business. Meanwhile Asaha went to Eito and sat with him.
Asaha - Did he know?
Eito - I don't have guts to tell him. Asaha, can you do one thing..
Asaha - yeah tell me what can I do for you Grandpa?
Eito - I will write a letter for Akio, can you handover it to him when I'm gone?
Asaha - Don't talk in such a way grandpa...
Eito - Im just being practical my boy. Please can you do it?
Asaha - yes I will do it.
Eito wrote a letter and handed over it to Asaha. He made sure that not anyone except Akio should read it. Later that night, everyone was sitting near a bonfire, talking about life and positivity. They had a small get together because Asaha was going back to his business next day and everyone wished him luck and success in his life. After talking for much of a time. Everyone went back in their rooms to sleep but Asaha was curious to know
what was written in the letter.
After thinking so many times, he finally decided to read the letter. He opened the letter and started reading it. As soon as he finished reading he was completely shocked and left in splits.He burned the letter into that bonfire and went away.
