Love is all about giving but sometimes the law which governs everything gives us some truth that changed our lives forever. To love him completely I have consumed myself into him and it burned me. A group of people wearing shiny black and green robes were forming a half-circle were chanting some odd words, again and again, I tried to listen and decipher the meaning but failed. Due to howling sounds of wind. They stepped back and someone was watching them I could not see all of them as their back was facing me. The man who was standing a few feet away from them was abnormally tall and was holding a dagger with strange design. The snow was cracking from the surface and something was coming out from the ground. As they were chanting again and again, I can see something giant rising from the surface. It was a tree covered in grey color was rising abnormally large. It looks like thousands of grey leaves were combined to form a tree made from grey hues. All white candles which were kept in a random way were lit and the flame goes high with the sound of their chanting. The flame goes high turns blue and it blows away covering the ground in a fire. None of them panicked and the tree along with everyone was circled in a fire. However, the tree was still rising. The moon was large and looked like his deadly red eyes spilling blood all around. Once again the candles lit their own and a deep void was formed in the sky so dark that it looked like it has no endings. He went towards them and put the dagger deep inside one of them and she turned.

I screamed and with a jolt, I woke up.

"Baby, what happened, you saw that dream again."

"No, nothi...nothing." I answered to call off her worry, she has gone through a lot. I just don't want to hurt her anymore. I wiped the sweat from my face. She was looking at me suspiciously.

"I don't want to talk about it anymore Vermi." We heard a loud thud.

"Who might be here at this time?" She whispered loud enough to make me hear, she was horrible in hiding the truth. She stands upsetting her messy curls into a bun and tying it with a rosemary stick. I hear her arguing with him, I know who was there. Right no we were not in a condition to fight with him.

"You need to come with me Vermillion or else I'll kill all of them." He said in his deadly bitter voice colder than ice.

To gain his trust right now we have to obey him or else we know the consequences of ditching him even saying "NO". His biggest enemy is someone who has the courage to say no to his commands. I have to save everyone including the one who did this mistake to give him his powers.

"You have to perform the ritual now. Come with me." I stand up quickly not wanted to waste his time anymore.

"Good you know that I don't like repeating myself. At least you are not the feisty one like her." He said with bitterness laced in his voice.

"Who?" I asked to know who has the courage to say him, knowing his real self. He turned and gave me deadly glare with his large dead eyes I shivered and stumbled back Vermillion catches me before I fall straight on the ground. As I was moving outside thinking of his deadly gaze my heart was broken coz this is the second time we have to leave our house and I know this time also I won't be able to see this room or this house ever. I spend so many days making golden memories of my life which will remain in my heart forever. I stopped in the middle and turn.

"If you think of mere thought of ditching me I'll kill her in a blink of an eye." He said with so much emphasizing the word kill as if it's his favorite thing to make people and everyone in the family suffer. I can see his hideous scar was glowing under the moonlight the scar which was given by...

"Noooo" I heard Vermi screaming. He made a deep cut on her wrist.

"No plz don't hurt her I'm collecting candles to perform the rituals," I said with a cracking voice I can see blood dripping from her wrist.

"I already have all the things to perform the ritual; you think I'm that naïve that I'll forget the importance of this ritual." He said in a voice so deadly that my veins were frozen. This is the first time in my life I was hell scared of him. I thought he has changed after all these years but no I was wrong.

"No, you need these candles as they are made from the same oil which you used..."

"Don't you dare to teach me the knowledge, now if you waste a single minute she will be the one to suffer." We all heard another female voice that was in deep pain as if she was crying her soul out. His face changed from deadly to bitterly cold not because of her voice but something else.

"We are leaving now I have waited years to this day." He said and turns towards the door his voice was so serious and calm that even for a minute wind stops, the environment was dead silent that I can hear the heartbeats wait how it can be possible. His heart was beating. No, no, no, no we made a mistake she made a mistake we all made a mistake. The mistake was repeated once again, now I have to stop this. Or else we'll be punished by nature once more. I can't abide by the laws or else the whole humanity will suffer. Once I was outside I can sense the aura of danger coming to us, the charm in my neck was cold. I want to remove it or else it will freeze me here, just as my fingers touched the charm. Oh My God....
