Greetings Gentlemen

This is interesting, I have no idea who these people are. And seriously Geriatric Dimensional Chat Group, so it's just a bunch of old fogeys reliving their glory days. I guess that's alright, wouldn't mind having someone to talk to over coffee. The names are a bit unusual though. A lot of them are Japanese sounding and one Russian dude. Edward, Zeno and Odin seem European, Oceanic or North American but can't be too sure. I'll talk to them later. I've got to get cleaned up and sort out what I want to do with my life.

As I'm about to head out for the day the message window pops up.

{Due to having the least power in the group. Admin has given you a simple mission - Survive.}

'Ok that just hurts my feelings. For no reason. Honestly I thought my drill sergeant was a dick. But this guy didn't even have to yell at me.'

Whatever, survive huh. Easier said than done. The world is the shit show no matter which world it is. Bad things happen when you least expect them to. And life goes on. Just for a minute you decide to take a break and just be happy. Life finds a way to fuck you over.

I got out the little cottage I lived in. Went around town doing odd jobs and trying to make money. And suddenly it hit me. There is a Missions option. Maybe it's like those video games kids like you do a mission and you get money for it.

There were no missions. Well that sucks, but so does your wife. I need to go to Orario. It's my only feasible option. I can waste away here shitting into a hole or I can make something of myself in that city. Also the Shop function should help. I'll head out in a month or so. I need to save up a bit more and need to look into my options. I need to start training properly as well. Just basic calisthenics won't cut it anymore. I'm 15 and 6'4" I'll probably grow a few inches taller but I'm basically a walking scarecrow at this point.

A message notification popped up in my eyesight. I checked messages,

{CJ: As you wish, it's a pleasure meeting you gentlemen, let's first sort out our technical issues before introducing ourselves. If any one has questions please ask. It's best that we work together to sort this out quickly.}

{MR: Agreed, I'm done with the merging process. It is quite convenient. And it has no external signature, I would recommend that if possible you merge with this device. Inter dimensional communication is not common and will be greatly coveted, no matter where we currently are or where we may end up.}

{Zeno Zoldyck: I agree, and based on the conversation, I believe we are all at different levels of technological advancement.}

{CJ: I have found the setting post merge so I can help with that. As for your question Mr. Dreyar if you scroll down you will see an option to merge. I believe you click on it and go from there.}

{MD: Ah yes, ok merging.}

{MR: Please clarify that you said chakra.}

{MU: Yes, why?}

{Odin Allfather: It seems we are all in different dimensions, Heimdall and I can't see any of you. And Chakra, you seem to be a martial artist from the East. If so, it would seem we have been called together for our unique expertise and skills.}

{ZZ: Seems prudent to do is at the earliest possible convenience for everyone.}

{B: That thought has some merit. but to what end? And who is this Admin? We also need to be aware of all the features that this chat group.}

{CJ: I agree with Mr. Bang. If everyone is merged, how about we go over each function one by one so we are all aware of the possibilities.}

Thus ensued the most excruciatingly painful conversation I have ever been a part of, trying to setup other old fogeys with a new phone. I now know how my kids felt.

A half a day later well into the evening the issues were resolved. The more tech savvy of us helped the others merging the chat group. It was a general consensus that it's better to keep the group a secret. Then we proceeded to go over the functions one by fucking one. But on the bright we found out that things form each other's worlds were more expensive unless they were gifted by the person from said world. Also we noticed we can sort by things that we can afford, basically 'price low to high' for the category searched. I felt an unexplainable and unwarranted hatred for the rest of the members. They can afford all the shit I want and need. We found about each other as well.

Master Roshi is a very skilled martial artist. He has been given the epithet of 'The God of Martial Arts.' He has trained some very powerful people who have gone onto to do great things. He mentioned a name 'Goku' a few times.

'I think my grand kids watched a show with a 'Goku' or something in it. '

He is a very calm and laid back guy but based on the other members I don't think I would like to piss him off. He's old but still quite spritely. Also he is hermit, and still rich as fuck.

Bang is similar to Master Roshi, in that he is martial artist. His epithet of 'Silver Fang' sounds quite cool. Also he's a hero of some sort. His world has honest to god super-powers, heroes and villains. He's also loaded.

Edward 'Whitebeard' Newgate. This motherfucker is an honest to god pirate, and an absolute giant. he streamed his surroundings to show us his world, and we all thought 'that is a lot of kids on a ship,' until the matter was cleared up. He calls his crew his children. He is stupid rich. there was a term my kids taught me 'Fuck You money.' He has it. His epithet is 'The Strongest man in the world.' There was an ugly fat dude on his crew that just seemed off to the rest of us. Madara not giving a shit told 'Whitebeard' so. Seems he is also aware something is off about him but refuses to kick him out of his crew.

Madara Uchiha is a ninja. A fucking ninja! Ok that's my childish side coming out but that is so cool. He is currently in the middle of a free-for-all war. Don't know how it started, but things are getting worse for his clan. He is currently scouting the positions for an attack. Has some money.

Makarov Dreyar is the leader of a magical guild Fairy Tail. Is one of the Ten Wizard Saints. Did i mention he's a fucking wizard! Not like a wizard with a wrench or computer. Nope, this-shit-is getting-in-the-way-let's-erase-it-from-existence kind of wizard. He's a short guy but the titles and the way he disciplined some rowdy kids shows he is not to be trifled with. He is also very rich.

Zeno Zoldyck is a master assassin. His Grandkids are in training. Which I find quite harsh but I also don't know his world and circumstances so I can't say anything about it. He is quite composed, observant and scary as fuck. His commentary on Madara's plans and advice was actually a bit unusual and took me a while to comprehend since that is not how I operate. But I still understood the crux of the matter. Basically it amounted to keeping it simple, and operating at a range you know you can win. Take all variables out of the equation and finish the attack within three minutes. Anything shorter you will miss something anything longer and your initiative will be gone. Over all a very astute observer. Also rich as fuck.

Genryusai Yamamoto. The man is a soul reaper. Not only that he is the captain of the first division of a society of soul reapers. And he says he's not the strongest! He explained what their jobs are and what they do but what kind of beast would you have to be to become that strong and them maintain that position for thousands of years! Yes this man is older than I can even fathom. He's not rich, but can ask for any amount of money and it will be granted to him immediatly.

Odin Allfather, King of Asgard is a literal god. He is a part of a species that is very advanced technologically and very long lived. There is a cycle of Ragnarok which happens every now and again. The last one happened about fifteen to eighteen hundred years ago. Midgard is pretty uninspiring. Just nomadic tribes roaming and the first signs of settlements and cities forming. He is on a crusade to subjugate the nine realms. He is a god king, he has 'smite you' money.

Then there is me. Honestly I don't know how I'm going to keep up with these guys. So I told them who I am and my situation. That I somehow found myself with the memories of my past life and honestly have no idea as to proceed from this point on. I have information that can help me make a decision but I would like some advice as to how to go about accomplishing those goals. In terms of money, I have no money.

There was silence for about half an hour before Genryusai spoke up.

{GY: It seems we have found an anomaly. Usually we would hunt you down and reintroduce you into the cycle of souls but that will not be possible. If you don't mind telling us, what is your mission. the mission given by the Admin?}

{CJ: It says I only have to survive.}

{GY: Indeed, do not tell anyone else of this. You will be hunted and experimented on until your spirit breaks.}

{OA: I would advise the same, Death will take an interest in you either active or passive. Stay vigilant.}

{CJ: Thank you I will keep that in mind.}

The conversation then moved on to what the mission tab was for and how it would affect us. The suddenly someone remembered that I needed advice. The consensus was that I try to figure something out in Orario.

Towards nightfall, a message appeared.

{Admin: Thank you all for being cordial and getting along with each other. you all will find a token of my appreciation in your inventories. All the best.}
