Ace is an angry chipmunk and Sabo is dying inside

This girl has to be the most annoying girl in the world. Manners be dammed. She keeps following me around like a duckling. No, Sabo, it is not cute. Not at all.

I tried to crush her with a tree she jumps over it. I break her bridge, and she swings with the bridge and climbs it like a ladder. I tried feeding her to crocodiles she becomes friends with them. FRIENDS, I mean, who does that. Who can do that, apparently, this little girl? I tried feeding her to tigers she does it again. I try with a wolf pack she did it again. It is almost like she could talk to them. No, that is impossible.

She also seems to hate certain animals, and it is actually quite funny to watch. It makes no sense, though. They are random species of animals she doesn't like. Like she is fine with one wolf and then another she is actively glaring at.

I puff up my cheeks in frustration, and sabo is laughing.

" So ace, you are saying you tried to feed your admirer to a wolf pack and the wolfs adopted her." I glare and turn my head to the side.

We turn, and we both hear a bang, and we see Luffy fall from a tree and land on her back.

" Hi, I am Luffy lets be friends."

. . .

Stuff happened. I look at ace sleeping peacefully with little Luffy sleeping in his arms. Bruises bloomed all over her body because of Porchemy. She didn't give up the location of their treasure, Not when they hit her, not even when they started removing her shirt. I don't even think she understood what they were going to do to her if we hadn't stopped them when they were reaching for her undies.

She was screaming and struggling and looked pained, though. I feel guilty, really guilty we were going to kill her, and she didn't even once think of betraying the location of our treasure.

We were back at the bandit's hut, and there was a ringing coming from her bag. That was weird what rings. I look in, and there seems to be a snail of some sort. A transponder snail.

I set it down, and a voice immediately comes through, panicked and loud, "Little firecracker, are you ok. What happened? Your mark was graying." Her soulmate, her soulmate. She met her soulmate, and he is worried. What do I do?

" Ummm, sir, Luffy is sleeping right now. We had a bad run-in with some pirates. I need to go now, bye." I hang up the snail really quickly, cutting off whatever he was going to say. Sheesh, that was scary. I look over at ace and Luffy, and they are both still sleeping soundly.

All Luffy wanted was to be our friends. What she said when we asked her why she let them do that was she responded, "I would rather die than be lonely because loneliness is worse than death. I was all alone when I was at the hut, and in foosha, there were no kids, and I was always alone." She said, her eyes watering as she started crying.

Ace then asked in a quiet voice, " You want to be friends with me. You want me to live." I was shocked when he said that. Luffy then cried, "yes, I want you to live. Yes, I want to be friends with you because you're lonely too." Ace's eyes started watering as he wrapped Luffy in a hug. He then picked her up as she fell unconscious in his arms and closed her eyes. We both panicked for a second before checking her pulse. Her heart is still beating.

Dandan screamed when she saw us. Taking his and ace's red eyes and Luffy's unclothed bruised and bloody state, and ushered us inside and started doing first aid and asked how far the people who did this got. Ace didn't realize what she was saying, but I did " They didn't take off her undies," I say, looking down.

Dandan sighed and ushered the two of us out with a first aid kit for our own bruises and cuts from the fight against blue jam pirates.

I stop thinking about everything and slide in the futon sheets on the other side of Luffy and relish in the warmth it brings. My eyes slowly closing as sleep catches up to me.
