43 Save Rio Grande do Sul!

Hey guys, sorry to bother you with something that's not a chapter. It's more of a plea for help, not for me, but for the population of the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

I'm not sure if you're aware of the situation, but due to heavy rains, many cities in the state are underwater. In total, more than 430 municipalities have been affected. The number of deaths so far, at least what has been officially reported, is 113, with 146 missing. Over 300,000 have lost their homes.

The government has done NOTHING EFFECTIVE so far. People are surviving on donations. For example, the company Ambev stopped beer production and started producing water to donate, and the businessman Luciano Hang provided helicopters to assist in rescue efforts. Even Elon Musk got involved by providing 1000 Starlink terminals to aid rescue teams.

The population itself has been acting, rescuing people and animals in their own boats. People are afraid to leave their homes, fearing they'll lose what little they have left to looters. The situation is so serious that the criminal faction that controls the region had to send out an order against looting.

There have been shootings and theft of boats in the region, things are very serious there.

As for the government? Hahaha, these bastards are asking for PIX. That's right, the GOVERNMENT, which last year collected over 1 trillion in taxes, is asking the population to send PIX because they are out of funds. Guys, do you have any idea how ridiculous this is?

To give you an idea, there's a TV network spreading Fake News, the state has been blocking trucks and demanding invoices for donations. They have been hindering the support of the population and their attempts to provide assistance, demanding a license to prove that the person can drive a jet ski. Can you believe that in a moment of need these DAMN BUREAUCRATS ARE ASKING FOR A JET SKI LICENSE?
