Chap 2

[Loki] "Please make a golem that represents swordsmanship! I won't ask you to send it to my familia either! It can stay here! Please!"

It was at that moment that I truly felt I was in an anime world, because as Loki said that, she backed up, then did a 360 into a dogeza position. Even though making golems of that kind aren't straining on me at all, I have to keep up the act that they are, because apparently, when I make a golem that utilizes one of my key aspects, I draw upon my 'vast' experience and its supposed to take a lot of energy out of me from Loki's memory. Based on the scared looks of her familia members, she must have told them as well. So I kept up the act.

[Deus] "Do you realize what you are asking me to do? Do you remember what happens to me whenever I make a golem that advanced?"

She looked up at me like she was about to cry, before speaking up again.

[Loki] "Of course I'm not asking you to do something like 'that' for free. I know for a fact that being your daughter can only get me so far and I know that the price of something like this would blow anything that the Hephestus familia makes out of the water in price. Even so, I'm willing to have millions of valis in debt to you if it means you can make this golem! And if you can't do swords, I'll take any type of weapon! I don't care!

Loki's familia members looked at her like she was insane, but then they remembered what she told them before they came here.

[FlashBack]

Loki had gathered the top executives of her familia and a new level 2 in a conference room and looked at all of them before speaking up in a serious manner.

[Loki] "As you all may have guessed why I have gathered you all here. My father has finally settled into his new home, and has obtained his first familia member. I'm bringing you all along to introduce you to him, and I am going to ask him something that will probably put the familia in debt for years. Before you ask what that is, let me give you a small tidbit of information about my father. He is not fully bound by the rules of Falna. There is one exception that he is allowed, however it would drain him of a lot of energy since he only has one familia member right now. It has to do with his golem creation. The golems he creates can get stronger like an adventurer with falna can, however they cannot venture into the dungeon. This however is not what the exception is for, the exception allows him to impart some of his memories or experiences onto a golem as long as it is something he has vast knowledge of. For example, since he is a god over weaponry, what do you think would happen if he imparted his knowledge of swords onto a golem?"

Loki let that information sink into the members of her familia, before their eyes widened as they realized the gravity of the situation and how powerful that is.

[Loki] "Before any of you ask, no he cannot be forced to make golems like this for others, since he could just make one for himself and it will protect him from even some of the strongest adventurers."

[Flashback End]

I looked down at Loki with a stoic expression, while she looked at me with an extremely serious one, very out of place for the trickster. After some time I sighed and agreed to do it. It honestly didn't bother me at all since I could do it easily, but I still had to keep up the act until I had more familia members. All of Loki's familia members breathed a sigh of relief and Loki herself jumped up and hugged me. I just patted her head and mentally commanded one of my new maid golems to write up a contract with a nearby pen and some paper. After Loki released me from her hug, she started to sweat when my maid golem handed her the contract. Probably because the amount that the golem wrote was 3.2 billion valis. Hestia only had a 200mil valis debt, and Loki was about to take on a debt that was 16x that. It would be worth it for her though, considering I plan on making a golem that not only had mastery in swords, but axes, spears, martial arts, and even had some magic.

Loki started crying when she came to the realization that while it would cost more, she got more than it was worth. Before her familia could say anything, she signed the contract at rapid speeds and showed off a copy of it to her familia. One of my maid golems escorted them outside, while the other brought Ryuu to her room since she returned and started organizing things in the mansion. I made one more maid golem to assist them, before I started working on the golem Loki requested of me. The only times I stopped was to make breakfast, lunch, dinner, shower, and use the bathroom. I also posted the recruitment post in the guild since Loki already sent her first payment to me and decided to do it in monthly installments. It would probably take her a few years to pay off the golem, and she wanted it to stay at my mansion so she has an excuse to visit more often.

Ryuu got a personal advisor named Sophie, a pink haired elf girl. Ryuu told me that she was a nervous wreck when she found out that she was in my familia. Apparently I already had a reputation. Not that I minded since it seemed to deter any other familias from bothering me. From what I could tell, I was on good terms with Hephestus, Hestia, and obviously Loki. Since Ryuu was already level 3, she quickly progressed through the early floors and got to the beginnings of the middle floors. She didn't want to progress too much and take unnecessary risk. Although that probably had to do with me telling her that I wouldn't let her eat dinner if I found out that she was brash and tried to go further than she should have.

I finally finished the golem after 4 days officially, even though I had it finished in 2. By the time I officially announced that it was finished to Loki, I gained two more familia members that showed to me that I really screwed canon. Ryuu apparently found some bandits trying to sell a fox girl and cat girl. One was Haruhime who originally would have been sold to a brothel, and the other was a female astolfo (I checked to be sure, discretely with the familia system,) as a cat girl. What the hell was astolfo doing in this world? Wait, the system says her name is Astolfy, all that was replaced was one latter, how original. I groaned and put a finger to my temple, before I handed each of them their status sheets.
