Vial of Blue Liquid

In City T,

At the edge of a great cliff stood a huge building. It was so grand that it could be called a Fort. The fort had high walls, towering to the sky.

It was solitary but modern.

High waves from the ocean rose up again and again crashing against its walls but there was no sign of decay on them.

Strangely, no-one had discovered this massive building full of grandeur, which stood with arrogance, challenging the ocean too.

In one of the rooms of this castle, a person was sitting on a sandalwood wide-stool. It was more precisely made of sandalwood heartwood.

The fragrance of the sandalwood seemed to calm the person above it.

His heavy breaths slowly quietened down.

But the person was not satisfied with it.

He put his finger on his forehead in the third-eye position between his eyebrows.

Those eyebrows were thick, sharp and black. Going down, his eyes were dark-azure colored. They were deep and cold which could freeze anyone. His lips were thin and his jawline was sharp.

His thick black hair fell down his shoulders like a waterfall. Every inch of face looked sculpted for perfection.

He could also be called 'Godly Handsome' which perfectly justified his appearance.

Going down, he had wide shoulders, toned body, and strong 8 pack abs. His perfect v-line made one want to peek down and see where it ended.

The man slowly closed his eyes and changed the direction of his eyes, concentrating them towards the place where his finger was still placed.

He cleared his mind of all the attractions and greed of the world.

Slowly, he took in deep breaths, putting his whole concentration towards the point between his eyebrows.

Few hours passed and his whole legs went numb, he could not feel anything below his chest.

But he ignored it.

First few times, he was also panicked because of this anomaly, later he realized it was a process.

It meant all his powers were rising up towards his forehead, form his lower chakras towards his upper chakras.

He then removed his finger from his forehead and placed that hand on the knees. The tips of the thumb and index finger met together, like the other hand, and the other three fingers were stretched out.

His full concentration was still placed on the place between his eyebrows.

He saw himself in a never-ending tunnel. There was a light source at the end of the tunnel.

He had to go to the light source.

Few more hours passed on that position and his upper body too became numb. Now, he had lost his feeling of the whole body.

He seemed to have no body at all. This situation could make many people panic. But he didn't. Because he had experienced this and failed countless of times. He slowly understood.

His forehead was strangely active. It was itching, compelling him to come and scratch to remove the itch.

He just ignored it and kept his concentration on the point between his eyebrows. From his first few years of experience, he had understood everything.

His body will protest, his mind will try to distract him for every small purpose it could, wanting to stop everything.

But with years, the mind calmed down, all his distractions slowly became useless for him. Now, all he wanted was the place between his eyebrows.

Slowly, the forehead started getting hot. He reached the end of the tunnel and he walked towards the light source.

Walking out, he first saw and enchanting view; the universe, all the heavenly bodies moving in their own cycles.

There were shiny, burning stars, few forming and few getting destroyed.

The Universe looked enchanting, reminding him of his existence. He was such a tiny being in the vastness, whose absence or presence could never affect it.

He was nothing in the Universe.

But right now, the man was not in the mood to know about his existence.

With a perfectly calm mind, he moved around the universe, seemingly looking for something.

And there! At that place was the Milky Way!

He still kept his mind calm and slowly moved towards the Earth. He seemed to see something moving towards earth but he ignored it.

Many times the news had spread the rumors about asteroids striking earth but they would automatically disintegrate before entering the atmosphere.

His only purpose right now was something else.

He slowly moved inside the atmosphere and projected his will inside the Earth. Then, he slowly set down at that place and collected some energy.

After a long time of collecting energy, he slowly released it. It was a huge blast, not of physical energy, but of mental energy.

His mate would definitely have a mental energy that resonates with him. If his energy reaches his mate, it would bounce back with a positive signal and he would get to know where his location is.

Yes, the person is Long Lei.

Long Lei tried various methods all the years in order to contact with his mate. First 3-4 years, he flew all around the world looking for the child.

But slowly, he understood that the process was easy to say, but was almost impossible.

Next, he tried the method of meditation which was said to have incredible powers.

But maybe, for its full effectiveness, hundreds of years were required. Humans did not have such long lifespan.

Trying to send Energy blasts again and again, Long Lei slowly understood the bitter reality.

The energy blast was too small for the entire Earth. However powerful he was, his entire energy could never challenge the entire Earth.

He needed a large reserve of energy. Very large.

He was feeling incredibly bitter. He doesn't know how many years it would take.

Mr. and Mrs. Long entered through the Fort's window.

(yes, they flew through it. LOL)

They looked towards the Purple heart wood bed and saw that Long Lei wasn't there.

So they went inside to the side room and found Long Lei who was sitting in a meditation posture.

They looked at each other and observed him. At first Long Lei had a small tilt on his lips, but slowly, it started turned downwards, and finally into a bitter arc.

His expression was too bitter to look at.

Mr. and Mrs. Long felt too much heartache. As parents, they felt painful too seeing him in pain.

They looked at each other and took out a vial with blue liquid. There was just one drop in it.

This water was called spiritual water and it was their family's ancestral heirloom. One drop of it was said to bring a dying Dragon fully back to life with a higher level of magic powers.

This was the least they could do for their son before they go.

They took the vial and placed it in Long Lei's palm.

Long Lei would have attacked if someone else was in their place because of his sharp instinct, or maybe others wouldn't have even been able to enter the barrier he had put around himself.

They could pass through because Long Lei would never guard against his parents or family members. He trusted them with his life.

Long parents felt bitter and sweet at the same time. They had their children's complete love and trust but won't be soon able to receive it.

Maybe they were their last few happy moments.
