2 Chapter 2: Chakra and Development

Year 41 since Konohagakure's establishment.

It was night.

In a not-so-spacious house, which was considered normal. A baby could be seen sleeping peacefully. Beside him, a beautiful middle-aged woman sat.

"Sleep well. My little Inzo." The woman whispered and gave the little baby beside her a kiss, as she also lay, preparing to sleep.

As the silence dominated the place, the boy, the dragon, now called Inzo, opened his eyes.

'It's really hard to believe that I actually cross-overd to a different world.' The boy mentally sighed, as he remembered the good old days in his original world, where he could eradicate a whole city with one mere punch. But now? He was no more than a little and weak human baby.

'What... should I... do... now?' He clumsily said as the tiredness took hold of him making him fall into a deep slumber.

_______

The next day. Inzo woke up very late. And when he did, his new mother immediately fed him from her... breasts.

It was really embarrassing for someone as mighty as him to be breastfed. More so, It was really difficult to acknowledge the woman as his mother. It may be that he came out of her... *Cough*... but that doesn't mean that he should acknowledge her. Also, he held an immense hatred towards humans for what they did to him, even if he himself killed countless of them while searching for pleasure.

In his previous life, he had no mother. He was simply given birth by the magic energy of the world itself. Thus, he didn't need anyone to feed him. He relied on himself to do so.

Inzo was really confused, he hated humans. However, he himself became a human. 'It seems that it's time to try to live with humans, even though it's really hard. But I have to do it.'

He didn't have a choice. In the future, at least until he became an adult by human standards, he will have to rely on resources provided by them. That didn't mean that he would erase his hatred for humans, he would just suppress it.

After ending his feeding process, Akeno left Inzo in the bedroom while she went to do household chores.

Inzo just lied, emotionlessly staring at the roof, and then he closed his eyes. Seemingly trying to sense something.

After moments, he reopened his eyes and sighed a sigh of relief, mentally.

'Fortunately, my dragon bloodline is still within me, but something is suppressing it.'

Fortunately for him, Inzo found out that his dragon bloodline was just being dormant, waiting for something to stir it up and unleash its unimaginable power. Whereas, his elements' mastery had faded.

'The effort of hundreds of years faded just like that?' Inzo nearly cried from depression.

After a moment, he quickly recovered and tried to sense his surroundings, searching for any trace of magical energy. (He cannot sense natural energy, yet.)

Unfortunately, he didn't find any. 'Fuck! Please don't tell me that there is no magical energy in this world.'

He suddenly panicked. However, when he tried harder, he felt some sort of energy inside of him. 'What is this energy? Is it some sort of energy special to this world?'

While he focused longer, his expression brightened.

'Fascinating. This energy is being produced by the organs!' Inzo was pleasantly surprised by his discovery, as for why?

It was actually simple. In his previous world, creatures had to absorb magical energy from their surroundings and in some cases, the energy would be poisonous or just more powerful than the creature could endure.

However, by producing the energy inside the body, it was a guaranteed boon of safety.

Inzo's opinion suddenly began to slightly change about this world.

________

Day after day. Month after month. Year after year. All of that passed.

Inzo was now three years old. And, he discovered many things about his new world. Firstly, he was in a village called Konohagakure in the country of fire and there are a lot of other villages. Secondly, that energy's name was apparently 'chakra'; it was a combination of physical and mental energies. Lastly, there are wars in this world, and people sed elements to fight; much like in his previous world. These things were just the most important ones.

In these three years, he learned how to write and how to read. He asked his mother to teach him while he was just 2 years old. His mother of course taught him and much to her surprise, he managed to learn in just 10 months which was not that impressive per Inzo's standards. Contrary to him, his mother always bragged about her son being a genius, which she started doing from when he began to talk in just a year.

After learning to read, he read so many books. That's where he got all the knowledge.

Today, he decided to finally open his chakra pathways which he tried a lot, but failed because of the pain.

Inzo was in their house's courtyard, meditating. He focused on his heart, then various other organs. There, he felt some kind of energy stocked. After some more concentration, he circulated the energy all over his body. Oddly enough, he felt little to no pain this time - which was fortunate -.

After some moments, Inzo opened his eyes. 'What a wonderful feeling.' This reminded him of his first time absorbing magic energy.

What took his attention, though, was that a mark appeared on each of his hands.

'What is this mark?' He questioned himself. Obviously not knowing the answer.

'At least, it doesn't seem harmful.' That was what his draconic instincts told him.

"Inzo! It's time for lunch?" A voice sounded from inside the house.

"Coming!"

________

In these three years, Inzo had grown attached to this mother of his, which he himself didn't foresee. It was maybe her always caring and loving nature that he didn't have in his previous world that made him love her. Yeah, maybe...

As Inzo entered the house, he decided to show the mark to her. Maybe she would know what it was.

"Hey, mom. Do you know what this mark represents?" He asked.

As Akeno looked at the mark, she was surprised, "Inzo. Did you learn how to use chakra?"

"*Cough*... I just opened my chakra pathways."

"You knew that it was dangerous without supervision, right." He nodded, as she hugged him, "*Sigh*... the most important thing is your safety."

After a moment, she said: "That mark is a sign which represents the awakening of our clan's Kekkei Genkai."

'Kekkei Genkai?'

"Our Shinto Clan is famous for its specialty in Dark Release which is very powerful as it can absorb, manipulate and redirect an opponent's chakra. However, it was a long time since we didn't produce anyone with this release. Nonetheless, your mark is slightly different from the ones our ancestors had."

After a moment of thinking, she continued, "It might be a mutation for the best or the worst. Hopefully, it's the former."

________

After another three years.

Inzo was now 6 years, ready to go study in the academy.

In these three years, Inzo's draconic bloodline has been slightly freed. Now, he had a physical strength stronger than his peers, additionally, he discovered that he could wrap any part of his body with golden scales to make it more powerful, but it was too eye-catching right now. And surprisingly - a fortunate surprise -, that increase was also reflected in the development of his chakra reserves. The latter was good to begin with.

He also had great chakra control, that was thanks to his father, Daichi, who is a Konoha shinobi, particularly a Special Jonin, which was very good. He practiced with him most of the time, doing multiple exercises like tree climbing and water walking, and added to that, physical exercises.

Now, he was in the age of the academy, so, he naturally had to go. That, he didn't appreciate it a lot.

But something was off... he didn't have any friends. He considered it not important as he focused on his training.

******

And just like that, Inzo finished his first six years with no friends and with satisfying development.
