8 It Had To Have Been Her

Romeo KNEW that Annalise had something to do with his mother's sudden bout of lucidity but that was confirmed when he went back the day after and she was back to how she usually was. And the day after. And the day after that. 

It was her. It had to have been her. He wracked his brains about what it could have been, going over everything that happened with a fine-toothed comb before it hit him. 

He had been holding both of their hands at the same time while he was full. He couldn't get any fuller so had Annalise's excess emotions flowed through him to his mother? Was that why she was finally able to show some signs of life after so long? 

Romeo was even more curious about the woman after that realization but there wasn't anything he could do until she contacted him first because he didn't want to be creepy. If he was creepy, she wouldn't want to see him at all.
