The willingness to grow closer

A lot sooner than she had initially anticipated, Jenny had found herself in bed with Jason doing a lot more than just sleeping. She was lying in Jason's arms. Both of them wearing no more than the sheets that covered them. Surprisingly, she felt a lot better than after the first time and this was probably because Jason had learned his lesson as well. He had approached gently and when he saw a green light, he had stopped after they had been intimate just once. She was guessing that he didn't want to overdo it for fear that it would be a matter or winning the battle but losing the war. Making the time after be much later than if he showed a little patience now. She imagined he hoped that by going about things this way, he could get her accustomed to things and move ahead steadily. It's not like they were married for just these three weeks of their honeymoon. There were still many more years ahead during which they could grow closer, both mentally as well as physically.

Jason had been awake this time as well, but had kept his eyes closed for a little longer when he felt Jenny moving about. Jenny didn't realize what all this squirming was doing to him but he couldn't move too fast too soon. For now he would need to learn to bear things and be content with holding her and a cold shower. He was already happy that she hadn't rejected him last night, which gave him hope to how fast Jenny was getting used to the changes in their relationship. At this speed it would be no time till they would be where he wanted them to be. Though he indeed planned on moving along steadily and saw this more as a marathon than a sprint, he did need things to progress at a higher speed than what would be necessary if he hadn't brought his starting date forward.

This was because he knew that he wouldn't have as much time to spend with her as he would like. He would be making long days, which meant that Jenny would probably be asleep a lot of the times when he would return from work and in turn this meant that their chances of being intimate would lessen as well. So, if the interval now was too long, things would get more difficult a little down the road. He didn't want them sleeping with each other to be a very big deal to Jenny every time because she didn't get the chance to become accustomed to it. A long honeymoon was a good start and Jenny's response to the changes and the willingness to grow closer, were good second and third steps.

Jenny noticed that his breathing had become a little different, but it wasn't until she felt Jason moving backwards, that she turned around and asked him if he was awake. With a chuckle he responded to her. "Yeah, I wanted to catch a bit more sleep but it doesn't seem like that will be an option." Jenny turned away and sat up on the bed as she pulled the thin covers up to hide herself. She placed her head on her folded arms and rested them both on top of her pulled up knees as she looked at Jason with a gentle smile. "Thank you for holding back last night. I didn't think you would be making another attempt so soon, nor that you would stop after having your way just once." Jason replied a bit teasingly as he said, "I was trying to be considerate but I wouldn't want to let your expectations down. If you are willing, I don't mind adding a few more rounds in an active morning session?"

Jenny used the pillow behind her back to give Jason a good wake up call. With each hit she added another remark. "Haven't you had enough sleep? It appears you are still dreaming! Let me help you return to reality." Jason laughed till his sides hurt as he took Jenny's blows. Slightly out of breath Jenny decided to show Jason mercy. She lowered her pillow and said, "Now that you have been properly woken up, we should get out of bed. We can't be sleeping our entire honeymoon away! That would be too much of a waste. So, get dressed and let's have a nice breakfast by the pool. I could use a bit of a tan for the dress I plan on wearing tonight." Jason let out the remnants of the laugh from their feather filled battle and nodded in agreement as he picked one of the scattered feathers out of Jenny's hair. "Sounds good. A little sunbathing should give me the slow wake up that I was going for." Jenny chuckled. "Oh, you didn't enjoy my loving wake up call?" "Well it isn't exactly what I had in mind from my new bride on our honeymoon. But I guess that is the price I have to pay for marrying someone who must have been a wild cat in her past life. They tend to lash out when teased."

Jenny was in the middle of her come back when Jason threw off the covers to get out of bed, causing Jenny to immediately forget what she wanted to say and cover her eyes out of embarrassment. "What are you doing?" Jason innocently answered, "What do you mean? I am doing what you asked me to, getting out of bed." Still hidden behind her small, delicate hands, Jenny said, "Did you have to do it in such an explicable way?" Jason understanding what Jenny's real problem was with answered with a chuckle. "What is wrong with that? There is nothing that you haven't seen before or aren't allowed to see." Jenny refused to participate in that discussion she had no way of winning and just waved for him to get going as she said, "Yes, yes, just go into the bathroom and don't come out till you are decent." Jason obliged with another audible chuckle and closed the door of the bathroom behind him as he prepared for what promised to be another amusing day with just the two of them in their little bubble.
