Strike one!

After a short flight they touched down in England and they were awoken by the lights coming back on. Jenny instantly hid from the bright lights by using the blanket as a shield. Jason laughed through his nose as he saw this, but he couldn't let her sleep any longer. So he slowly pulled the blankets the down, meeting her grumpy unwilling face. His silent laughter turned into an audible chuckle. He gently brushed her cheeks "Wake up sleepyhead. We need to get off." Still half asleep, Jenny showed her more clingy side as she held up her arms, ready to be carried. Jason wasn't expecting this and waited for her to realize what she was doing. His head resting on his closed hand and the trace of a smile on his face, as he watched her in amusement. The seat belt light went off and the others in the VIP section got ready to stand up when Jenny blinked to see why she wasn't getting the reaction she was expecting. As if woken from a dream and just realizing what she was doing, she instantly lowered her arms and let out a fake cough from embarrassment. Jason let out his suppressed laughter and hid his face, from her angered stare, in his elbow.

George was just about to turn around to see what was going on when Jenny abruptly got up from her seat and walked down the isle towards the exit. Not even looking back at Jason or her bag that she left behind, she walked onto the passenger loading bridge. George didn't understand what just happened and was blinking more rapidly from confusion. Jason stopped laughing and unlocked himself from his seat belt as well, before opening the overhead compartment and retrieving Jenny's bag and his own. As if the plane was transparent, his eyes were focused on where Jenny was walking and he followed after her. He too didn't look behind nor wait for the others, leaving them dazed and wondering what had happened. They hurried along as well and met up again with Jenny and Jason at the gate. Jason's steps are much larger than Jenny's, so he was able to catch up with her in no time. He had trapped her with his arm around her neck, grabbing hold of her shoulder. Not allowing her to run any further. He brought his face forward to her ear and said "Stop running or I will kiss you right here at this crowded airport".

Being forced to pick between being embarrassed in front of just Jason or in front of an entire crowd of people, Jenny's decision was easily made. So by the time the others had joined them, Jenny had stopped resisting and was playing with Jason's sleeve. She was mumbling words to herself as she was looking at the floor and tapping against the floor with the tip of her shoes. Just like Jason had learned to not mind her embarrassed tantrums, the others had learned not to ask when they saw them like this. Once they had said their goodbye's, everyone went their separate ways.

Once the others left, Jason released Jenny and loaded their bags on an airport trolley. After he was done, he pushed the trolley to her side and nudged her. Jenny, who was sending her mother and Jason's mother a message to let them know they had safely arrived, looked up from her phone. She saw Jason standing next to her with the trolley and a slight bow as he said, "Your chariot awaits". Though easily embarrassed by public displays of affection, Jenny did not mind most other things that people generally felt embarrassed by. So instead of feeling hesitation, Jenny felt excitement. She needed no excuse to be carried through the airport and the trolley seemed like quite a comfortable ride, so she happily got on the cart, "Onward my trusty steed!" Jason chuckled before pushing her and the bags forward with no effort at all. They reached the car in just a few minutes with Jason's long strides, ending Jenny's joyous ride too quickly. With some disappointment she got off and allowed the driver to grab their bags and put them in the trunk of the car. She joined Jason inside the car and soon they were on the way of the last step of their travel back home.

When they reached the Westwood mansion, almost everyone had gone to bed. Only Jason's parents were waiting in the living room to welcome them back, but once they gave them each a hug, they too retired to bed. Leaving Jenny and Jason alone once more. Considering it was already late at night they headed upstairs to unpack and go to sleep as well. Jason hand't addressed the topic of continuing sharing a room now that they were back home and there wasn't much time left to get started considering the time. He wanted to continue sharing a bed from the start, because once they would go back to their own rooms, it would be more difficult to recreate the feeling and trust he had built up during their week away.

Right now he was laying on Jenny's bed, unwilling to start unpacking and avoiding the talk altogether. He was hoping if he was already laying here, that Jenny wouldn't send him away and that he would be able to move his way into her room without being noticed. However there was no such luck. Once Jenny was done unpacking her stuff she said "Jason I'm going to bed now, so you should head back and start unpacking as well." 'Strike one!' In Jason's mind he was swinging a bat and the umpire in his head was calling out his failures. The playing possum plan was no success, but Jason wasn't ready to give up yet. So he got ready for his second move.

Here is the second chapter of the day! Thank you patil_shrutika_21 for your power stone for the first chapter. I hope you and the others will like the second chapter of today as well.
