Start talking

Jenny sighed once more thinking that apparently it wasn't only Elizabeth who was somehow interested in what had happened but the crazy ladies in the corner were also sharply tuned in to their conversation. With Julia and Sophia listening as well and being just as curious as Elizabeth, something Jenny was now no longer oblivious to, she said, "Don't strain yourself so hard before you hurt yourself. If you are that curious, just come closer instead of eavesdropping like that." Somehow the romance of the deadly block of ice Jason and the shy yet feisty bunny tigress Jenny, fascinated them. With one barely showing his emotions and the other as easy to read as an open book, their eyes were drawn to them like magnets. Plus, wasn't it normal to discuss your spouse among friends? That they knew the husband before they knew the wife and the fact that they were now all friends, shouldn't change that.

When the others moved closer through the water and joined Elizabeth and Jenny in their talk, Elizabeth spoke up once more as she said, "You answered one question but I still haven't heard why you were late just now and why you and Jason came out separately. Don't think I will forget or let it go just because you called me a curious cat or because you called in others to distract me. Start talking missy." With Jenny's mind going back to what had taken place in her and Jason's room earlier, she felt herself getting warmer and her heart started beating more rapidly. Though when told in words it wasn't much, those sensations and feelings were plenty to make her be affected by her vivid recollection. With her cheeks flushing ever so slightly, the girls became even more curious as they started squealing a bit from excitement.

Jenny was pulled back to reality by the sound and when she saw the scene in front of her and their sparkling eyes, she had to adjust the expectations. "Calm down. It was nothing much. A part of the time that you were downstairs was spent moving my stuff from my mom's room to my and Jason's room. Another part was used to get into a bathing suit, which wasn't all too easy but the last part...the last part was spent with Jason and I having a moment. He had just gotten upset with me about the wake up call from this morning. So, I wanted to tease him a bit to lighten the mood. I decided to purposely seduce him, make him think more was going to happen and then run away into the open when he was all riled up. But just before I managed to get away, I was caught by that merciless ice prince and after he was done getting back at me, I couldn't just walk out. So, I waited for the swelling to go down causing me to be late."

With judging eyes Jenny ended her report with an, "Not the kind of things you three are imagining with your dirty minds." A look the others chose to blatantly ignore as they yelled out, "What?!". Julia elaborated on what had caused the exclamation of shock. "We purposely didn't step out here and didn't come up from the breakfast hall until we got an 'Ok' from you guys but now you tell me that you did absolutely nothing during that time. Just have lunch and a nap. Are you kidding me?" Jenny shrugged her shoulders before sarcastically saying, "Well sorry to disappoint. I wasn't aware that I was responsible for gathering material for a soap, that I myself would be starring in. If you are that deprived of romance that you need to hear about mine to keep yourself entertained, I need to have a talk with the guys that they need to step up their game."

Though any other would assume that Jenny was getting agitated by their line of questioning and would probably be right to a certain level as well, the friends in question responded as most good friends would. By ignoring any present hostility and treating it as a source of amusement instead. They all chuckled and Elizabeth put her arm around Jenny, pulling her against her shoulder as she said, "If you can get that playboy to use his skills for anything other than seduction, I will be grateful to you. I can't even remember the last time I was on a proper date. The only time I get romance lately is at night and that is only because he wants something." Julia and Sophia chimed in with pleas of their own, saying that they didn't mind their men stepping it up either. "Your threat holds no power here dear Jenny, because it sounds more like a life line in disguise instead. So, do your worst. I will look forward to the results." Hearing these words, Jenny too couldn't help but laugh.

Their moment alone didn't last much longer as Jenny's jealous prince made his way over towards the group of women and without saying a single word headed straight for Jenny. He grabbed her on both sides and lifted her off the tiled edge and lowered her gently into the water. Without breaking eye contact for even a second. Causing even the hearts of the other girls to skip a beat. "Stop showing your romance off in front of us will ya Jason!" Elizabeth said as she splashed a bit of water in his direction with a slightly jealous expression. Without changing his expression or his point of focus, Jason responded by saying, "Well, it seemed to me that you were all quite interested in this romance just before. So, I figured why not give you a live show instead of having to hear about it afterwards. Plus, last I checked, neither of you are single and your partners are in this very pool. So, I suggest you looking for a little romance of your own instead of hogging the sole recipient of mine!"
