Run or face me

The game was going great. They talked about family, dream vacations, their strongest attribute, and much more. Questions they had to answer was, who was the person they trusted the most right now and why? Which family member were they closest with and why? Which family member were they the least close with and why? What they didn't like about themselves? What they admire about the other? A lot was brought up and with each question they grew closer. Jason found out that Jenny was raised by a single mother, this explained why he hadn't met her father yet. Her father had never been in her life and had by now passed away. She wasn't ready to tell him everything regarding that subject yet, but she did say that he was probably the reason her dream was so simple. She simply wanted a happy family and for her husband to be true to her and never leave her. People had even told her that that could not be regarded as a dream. Those people must be from a happy family to think of this as something that was to be expected and not to be aimed for.

She liked that she was someone who never gave up and went for something once she had set her sights on it. This was exactly what she admired in Jason. That despite everything he never gave up and worked to get what he wanted. Even with her, he was showing that. Jason explained that a long time ago he was really close to his parents, but right now he had developed a certain distrust towards them, because they went against their own words and were showing fake behavior. He did not like people being fake, so that is what he admired about Jenny. How she never thought about what she could gain by behaving a certain way or doing certain things. She was herself. Never lying to no one and for no one. If he had to name anyone he was close with, it had to be his grandfather. He had been his rock in the time his parents couldn't be bothered to look after him. The thing he didn't like about himself was how he takes action before thinking things through. Jenny, who had experienced these actions first hand, could not agree more on this last point.

Soon night had fallen and it was time for their ritual of having dinner and watching a movie. After letting Jason pick twice, it was now turn for Jenny to pick what they were going to watch. She was looking for a laugh and so she picked a comedy by the name of "White chicks". Based on what they had in common so far in terms of humor, she thought he would like this movie as well. It was one of her favorites and it always managed to make her laugh, despite having seen it over a dozen times. Filled with silly jokes, a bit of romance, a bit of action, this movie would be perfect. Jenny had a smirk on her face imagining Jason's expression at certain scenes. She could dream the content of this movie, from beginning to end, and still watched it. So if Jason did not like this movie at all, she would have to re-evaluate whether their sense of humor really was as similar as she had thought. She humphed at that thought and crossed her arms while doing so. But it was too early for such thoughts. She should just focus on the task at hand. She would deal with that when that time came. While Jenny was busy thinking about these things, Jason was busy with his own agenda. This time Jason decided to force Jenny to sit closer to him, so he sat on the couch with an angle and laid his legs across the seats. Leaving no room for Jenny other than his embrace. What would this feisty tigress do when faced with this situation. Will she run or face me head on.
