Good news

"I thought he had a small company back when little James first came to visit." "Well the stock market is a funny thing. He had one good product that did so well and made the value of his company skyrocket. Since James's mother had told him about how we had taken care of his son back when he was too busy to do so and hearing how fond James was of you, he decided to repay the favour in this way as he knew the battle I was about to enter." Jason grabbed the hand that was still covering Jenny's mouth and he held it tightly as he continued his revelation.

"In fact, after that his helpfulness increased as he started providing me with important information for our plan. This morning he gave me a big lead on some of the dirty people inside our company, which helped me discover a big piece of evidence on five big players. Helping me further shorten the time needed for my plan. At the rate we are going, I might be able to start taking the first actual steps by the time the first term starts. Freeing up more of my time after classes start as I will have less people trying to pull me down along the road." Jenny threw her arms around Jason's neck from joy. This was such good news. The best news she could have hoped for during these days. Jenny showered Jason with kisses and when those kisses finally landed on his lips, Jason felt a different kind of energy well up inside him.

In such a short time he had gone from the man that had come home exhausted from a long day at work to a man that was full of energy and knew just the way to rid himself of that energy in order to be able to sleep. A way that felt like the perfect ending to their eventful day and to the positive energy surrounding this moment. Making Jenny's words earlier that day turn into a promise that needed to be fulfilled. Jenny pushed Jason lightly to ask him, "Aren't you tired Jason? It's fine if we just go to sleep. We will both still be here in the morning." But Jason was having none of it. "I am never too tired for that. It might be fine for you but it isn't fine for me. If I still have energy left in the morning, I will consider those words then." And he locked lips with Jenny once more, this time not letting go.

The next morning Jenny woke up with dishevelled hair and her clothes scattered across the floor. As she looked to the side, she saw that Jason's side of the bed was empty. On his pillow she found a note that said,

'Good morning,

I have already gone to work. Rest up and visit me for lunch. Don't overdo your outfit this time otherwise I will cash that offer from last night instead of the nice lunch I have planned when you get here.

Love Jason'

With a chuckle Jenny folded his note back up and placed it on her nightstand. She dropped her face on her pulled up knees. Wondering how Jason had woken up before her and had found the energy to write her a note, when he had to have been more exhausted. She had done practically nothing all day and had slept for a few hours before he came home, yet it wasn't even nine-thirty but he was already hard at work while she was struggling to get out of bed. She rubbed her face with both hands before turning to the edge of the bed and grabbing her t-shirt and undies from the floor. After putting those on she moved to the bathroom for a shower and to get ready to start the day.

Jenny's day started by visiting the house in the city and spending time with everyone there before changing her outfit for her visit to Jason's office. Taking his words of warning into account, she decided to put on something that was short but revealed nothing unless she would bend too much. With that she was dressed provocatively but she could appease her jealous prince as well. When she walked into the building, Jenny wasn't stopped like last time and the ladies at the front desk avoided eye contact out of fear of offending her again. They simply stood up and bowed lightly as they greeted her. Jenny of course had to stay in character so she didn't greet them back and snobbishly lifted her nose into a disdainful expression and entered the elevator. On her way up, the elevator was stopped and the uncle from yesterday joined her. With lecherous eyes, he looked her up and down, making Jenny feel nauseous on the inside but she gave him a provocative smile on the outside. How much as she hated him, she needed him to trust her or at least be blinded by her so that she could gain useful information for Jason. For that, she needed to put her own feelings to the side and immerse herself in the role she had chosen to play.

I managed to finish the chapter. From no chapter, we went to an unexpected double release. I hope you enjoy and I will be back here tomorrow with two more chapters
