A private date

The people on the other side of the door could not contain their curiosity, as they had their ears pressed against the door to listen to what was going on inside. They wanted to know first hand if they were leaving Spain with an extra couple or not. Their heads almost formed a perfect circle as they all tried to find a part of the door to place their head. Some had crouched to the floor to get the lower parts of the door, where others were arching their bodies to listen in at the higher parts. All were listening, all but Jason. He had moved to the poolside to have breakfast out in the sun. He was not one for meddling into other people's affairs and had little interest in them. He was sure if it was meant to be, his friend would find a way. Jenny, however had fallen for the temptation of the unknown. She didn't want to have any interest in the affairs of the two people she liked the least from this group, but she couldn't help being a bit curious. They were such an unlikely couple, but somehow they felt really well matched. Slowly she had become more attached to these two people and her dislike had almost vanished after spending so much time with them.

The moment they heard Elizabeth's answer, they were shocked and excited. Now that they had their answer, it was time to leave the newly formed couple be and discuss today's events. They wanted to give them some privacy and their stomachs were calling after smelling Jason's breakfast. Jenny didn't join the others as they headed into the kitchen, but walked over to Jason instead. He was leisurely sitting on one of the sofa's outside on the patio and was reading something on his phone. When he heard her, he looked up at her and gave her one of his killer smiles. She didn't let the skip in her heartbeat distract her from her plan, as she sat next to him and snuggled up to him. Jenny was feeling particularly lazy today and wanted to be spoiled. So after smelling what he had made for himself, she planned to have him make some for her as well.

Her affectionate behavior hadn't gone unnoticed by Jason, but he was waiting for her to make her first move. It wasn't long till he felt a pair of eyes looking at him pleadingly from the side. It seemed like the game had begun. He continued looking at his phone and waited for her second move. He hadn't even finished this thought or he felt Jenny drawing circles on his chest with her index finger. Yet he still gave no reaction. He was amused to see her trying so hard, but he knew that she would have the last laugh as he probably would be unable to say no to her. If he was going to be taken advantage of, he might as well gain something from it as well. It wasn't until Jenny placed a kiss on his chest through his shirt that he looked over at her.

"How come you are so affectionate this early on in the day? I don't think I have done anything to make you be this way." He said with a flirty smile. Jenny, whose eyes had been glued to his face from the beginning, built up momentum for her request. "Nothing much I guess, but I was hoping there was something you would do?" She said as she blinked excessively to create an air of cuteness. Jason held back the laugh that was hiding in the back and replied "And what might that be milady?" Jenny released her hug to point at his plate. "Whatever you had, smelled great. Could you make me some too?" Jason chuckled as he gave in "That is going to cost you more than a kiss on a t-shirt. Give me a down payment and I will head in the kitchen right away." He said as he pointed at his cheek. Jenny let out a squeal from excitement and gave Jason a big kiss on the cheek and even doubled down on the payment as she turned his face and placed a kiss on the other one as well. "You drive a hard bargain sir, be safe on your way and I pray for a speedy return" Jenny replied as she continued their little joke and even waved him goodbye with the napkin that was on the table. Jason headed towards the kitchen as he laughed at the silly antics of the girl that had him wrapped around her little finger.

Meanwhile Nick was still in the room he shared with Elizabeth, waiting for her to finish her shower and give him some much needed answers. She had been so calm, that he wondered if it was a momentary thing, something she had said in the spur of the moment. However even after her shower, Elizabeth's attitude hadn't changed. She was still firm in her decision and without a moment of hesitation answered all of Nick's questions. In that aspect Jason and Elizabeth were similar. Their guards were high up, but once lowered, they would leave you in awe. They weren't embarrassed by their feelings, they wouldn't hide them nor would they care what others thought about the person they had chosen. That was why she wasn't shy and why she wasn't trying to hide anything when they were found together this morning, because her decision was already made. Since she had accepted him as her boyfriend, she no longer cared if they saw them together. She had nothing to be ashamed of in her mind, taking away the power of their taunts and teasing. Nick was indeed in awe of this woman he had chosen. He saw her as she was giving off a strong, confident aura and felt that she looked more beautiful than ever. Not wanting to share her in this moment and wanting to celebrate them becoming official, he surprised her as he said "Let's not go to the others. I want to spend today with just you and me. I want to have one day in this beautiful place that belongs just to us, so will you go with me on a private date?"
