1 Trouble 1-part 1(Hazama Ren)

"Your eye's color is unbelievably unique. I never saw a person with silver eyes before. Are they genetically inherited in the family?" The young teacher asked. Her doe, brown eyes are glistening in curiosity.

The student is playing with his phone. He bit his lips, pondering for a while.

"My grandmother had them. So, it's possible, Miss Layla." He replied.

"Oh, how fascinating!" The teacher exclaimed. "Ah, Look, Hazama! Here we are, class 3A. Come in. Don't be shy."

The noisy classroom suddenly became quiet with the entrance of two people. They are unrestrainedly gawking at the new face behind their homeroom teacher.

The girls' mouths slacked open. Their eyes are sizing up Ren from the head to toes without shame. Whispers started echoing in the class. However, the situation is still under control.

Miss Layla smile warmly at her students. She is, by nature, a kindhearted teacher and believes her students are the best out there in the entire school. Her willingness to put utmost trust in them sometimes makes them ashamed to stir up trouble in her class. Just remembering that pair of doe, innocent eyes gazing at you in dismay is suffocating them with unbridled guilt.

"Class, we got a new friend for today. Hazama, please introduce yourself to your new classmates."

The boy bowed himself. He let out a nervous chuckle.

"I am Ren. Ren Hazama, from Tokyo. Nice to meet you guys."

A taut, momentarily silence which enough to hear a dropping pin settled in the crowded classroom.

Ren awkwardly rubbed his neck. He avoided looking straight at them, downcasted, inadvertently shifted his gazes to the smiling teacher behind him.

Why did they suddenly become eerily quiet? He asked her with his eyes, pleading for help.

Miss Layla's lips tugged into a grin. She encouraged him to speak further about himself with her body language.

"Umm..." A bead of sweat rolling down from Ren's forehead.

Suddenly, chaos erupted. The initially dead silence classroom is booming with chatters, squeals, and inaudible mutters.

The girls promptly squealed in excitement.

"His voice! Do you guys heard it?! I felt a shiver raking down my spine when I heard his deep, husky voice!"

"Oh my god, he's hot!"

"He got a nice eye's color! Are his eyes natural? Or, is he wearing a contact lens?"

While the boys, eyes rolled in annoyance, are merely looking at Ren with disdain.

They could barely suppress the indignant feeling that bubbling up behind their throats.

With the addition of female students' screeching and obvious infatuation toward Ren, their level of irritation surged up.

"Another handsome face. Tsk."

"Another better-looking face in our class. I hope this guy is not an extraordinarily brilliant student, or else, I can't bear the shame anymore." A fierce-looking male student, a broad shoulder, and tightly hugged uniform on his body grumbled under his breath. Comparing their appearance is like differentiating which one is the beauty and which one is the beast.

His deskmate nodded his head in understanding. He willfully pats his friend's back, reassuring him.

Ren helplessly scratched his nape. Did they just praising me or mocking me?

He felt extremely uncomfortable. Right now, his classmate attacked him with a barrage of unbearable questions.

"He looks fit. Look at his muscular frame and those long, slender legs. Must be a sportsman." One girl brazenly leering over his body, unabashed of such action. "Did you see his thigh?"

"Wow, he is even more beautiful than me." Someone said in an aggrieved tone. "My pride is hurt."

"Do you have a girlfriend?" A girl who sits directly in front of Ren boldly asked.

Ren swallowed his saliva. Should he answer?

Suddenly, an eager ponytail girl in the back lifted her hand and yelled. "Ren-Kun, what is your hobby?"

"I..."

"Ren-Kun, how about a date with me at lunch?"

"Pardon?" Ren is undoubtedly dumbfounded.

He once again turned his head, sending a distress signal to his teacher. Miss Layla, being amused by such a situation, inexplicably shook her head and stepped forward. She put a stop to their nonstop chatters.

"Alright, guys. Enough of your silly questions. You can ask those questions later. Hazama, you can sit on the back, beside Tamaki-Kun."

Yuuya raised his hand immediately once he heard the homeroom teacher called his name.

Ren nodded his head. He walked to the back, exchanging a smile with his new deskmate, and started focussing on the class for the first period.

He is just in his first class, yet, he is already exhausted.

Recess Time.

"Do you want to go to the cafeteria?" Yuuya asked the new student.

"If I am not troubling you, then...let's go." Ren gladly agreed.

"You can call me, Yuuya."

"Just Ren is enough."

Both of them shook their hands.

"My friends are waiting at the cafeteria. Is it okay?"

"From another class?"

"No, from our class. Presently, those guys were busy with something. Furthermore, today is Monday."

Ren tilted his head in confusion. Is there a correlation between Monday and those students?

"Yuu, is this the new student?" Mahiru scanned the other boy from head to toes.

"It is in the middle of the year. How come..."

"Shut up, Mahiru. Everyone had their own's circumstances." Hikaru rolled his eyes. "Stop eyeing him like he is some dangerous criminal."

"The dangerous one is you, Hikaru." Kaito chipped in. "You fought with seven boys from another school and left the scene unscathed. Impressive."

"Those fools picked a fight first." Hikaru tried to defend himself.

"And yet, you threw away the first punch, not them." Seichirou released a heavy sigh. "Luckily, the title of Mutou Group heir is formidable enough, or else you will be suspended for the fourth time, stupid!"

Hikaru grumbled under his breath.

"I know what are you grumbling about, said that in front of me if you dare, coward." Seichirou sent a glare toward Hikaru. A provocative gesture of picking a fight with the simple-minded boy.

Hikaru slammed his hands on the table.

"Who are you calling a coward, jerk?! Just because your father is the founder of the school, you think you can keep babbling your nonsense everywhere?!"

"Hikaru. Seichirou. Sit down." Yuuya said in a stern voice.

The two of them that are ready to fight, startled when they heard Yuuya's warning. They quietly plopped down on the wooden bench and munched their food in silence.

Ren tried very hard to hold his laughter.

"Let's just eat in peace, can we?" Mahiru finally said, to calm the tense atmosphere. "I am Mahiru. Nice to meet you. This one beside me is my twin, Tomoya."

Ren nodded his head. Mahiru looked friendly and easygoing. However, his brother only glanced at Ren once before continuing his munching. He didn't say anything, not even bother to smile back at him.

"My brother is a socially awkward person. Please ignored him. You'll be fine after spending a few days with him." Mahiru assured him.

"I'm Kaito. And, this is Hikaru, my cousin. And over there, Seichirou. Nice to meet you, Ren." Kaito introduced the rest of them.

"Yeah, nice to meet you guys too," Ren replied. "I hope we can spend a fruitful year together."

His newly acquainted friends replied in a unison voice, "En."

"So..." Yuuya inquired. "What did you want to eat, Ren?"

6:30 pm. After school.

Ren is sitting in his classroom, alone. The school time ended an hour ago. No one is here, as everyone excitedly went home the moment the school bell blaring out. Only he is left.

"This school is kinda interesting, don't you think so? Those six students, each of them rather had a very peculiar background. Is it alright if I delayed the purification ceremony? At least, until the graduation day?"

A silhouette of a young man emerged from the shadow in front of the window. The curtain slightly swayed as if something is brushing up with the thick fabric.

"I rather stayed here than going back to the main house," Ren said again as if he is chatting with someone. "If they force me, they are the one in the big trouble."

The shadow rigidly stood up. A sound resembled a growl resounding in the empty classroom, expressing its discontent.

"I have decided. I will go back when the time comes. Staying here proved to be better entertainment for me than spending time with a bunch of stinky old fogey."

The shadow changed its form. The frame enlarges into something unbelievable as the shadow of a young man shifted into a shadow of a tremendous dragon. The dragon is towering in size and covered half of the school building.

It's proudly stretching out its wings, which shaded the area around them from the setting sun.

"Yeah, yeah. Go back and suck up to your master, stupid lizard." Ren made a shooing gesture toward something invisible to the other people's eyes.

Yes, the actual body of the dragon is visible in front of Ren only. But not to others.

The dragon huffed out its fiery breath before leaped up to the sky with powerful momentum.

With his supreme sixth sense and overwhelming spiritual power, the Elders tacitly appointed him as the clan leader. Ren is the youngest yet, the most powerful person in the clan, exceeding his peers.

Ren slung his bag over his shoulder and walked out of his classroom lazily.

" Time to go back." He sighed. "At least, Tabby is home, waiting for me."
