34 Chapter 33

Seven thousand men...

Tywin was in utter shock as him along with his brothers, Kevan, Tygett and Gerion were tied by ropes and getting dragged towards King's Landing as the monster effortlessly towed them along.

With every step he took, he left a puddle of blood dripping from his body in the quiet battlefield. The terrifying part of it was that none of it was his; Instead, all the blood that had muddied the battlefield belonged to Lannister men.

The brothers were in absolute denial as the bloodied grime caked on their armor. Their minds were absolutely blank. They weren't able to comprehend what they had seen.

A beast bathed in blood had crashed into their army and slaughtered each and every armed man like they were livestock.

All four brothers were in psychological shock.

One man had killed each and every Lannister man in the army. Armed with just a halberd and a sword, he had anihilated seven thousand men, armed to their teeth, fully covered with steel armor. His halberd didn't discriminate between steel and flesh. Neither did it see man or animal.

He had arrived like a storm and they'd tried to fight him.

Tywin always knew, but, he let his pride and disbelief get in the way. He had made the biggest mistake of his life.

'Never fight the storm, you should always run from it.'

I had barely managed to end the war within the active time for limit-break. By the time it expired, I had the Lannister brothers chained together as I hauled them back to the city.

"What're you lookin' at? Open the fuckin' doors!"

"Y-Yes! Ser Curran."

The doors opened and I dragged the fleshbags through. Inside the city, the men looked at me reverently and with a hint of fear. I had killed seven thousand armed men right in front of their eyes.

I stopped and took a moment to look at them. Then, I said, "Bring a cart. These four will be tied with chains in put in the black cells until I decide what to do with them."

The men broke out of their stupor and ran to fulfill their orders.

I walked towards the Lannister brothers and crouched down to look at Tywin's face. The old man was bamboozled, to say the least. His face was ashen, like he had seen something terrible.

'I guess you can call it terrible.'

"Tywin Lannister."

His sunken eyes shifted towards me. I could fainly see a tremble in his face. He was afraid.

"You ignored my warnings. You can here to do Aerys' bidding... Or sack to city to curry favor from Robert. Either way, me and mine would have been harmed. Any sane person would know that I couldn't allow that. You forced my hand, Tywin. A man as ruthless, cunning and prideful as you; I'm certain you'll try to weasel out of this situation and seek vengeance. What do you say, Tywin? 'Rains of Casterly Rock' has a good ring to it."

The man looked resigned. But, I knew more than to trust appearances. Since he wasn't willing to talk, I waited for the cart and simply kept staring at my prisoners.

I loaded them onto the cart upon its arrival and made my way to the Red Keep. Lyanna was already there, waiting for me to arrive.

Quizzical, I asked, "Did someone tell you I was coming?"

She shrugged and said, "I knew you'll be arriving soon."

"What if I had died in the battle?"

"Hah! Like that could ever happen."

"You truely believe that?"

She smirked and said, "I know you, Allan. You are the strongest man in Westeros. Perhaps, the entire world. It's simply impossible for a single man to force his way through thousands and kill a king. But, you did it. I believe in you, Allan."

A smile blossomed on my face. It feltnice to have someone who understood me.

"You do stink right now."

"Hah! Lannister blood."

"No wonder."

Meanwhile, Tywin finally broke out of his stupor and said, "L-Lyanna Stark..?"

She looked at the chained man and said, "Yes, it is I, you demented old man!"

"Come on.. Go easy on him. He just lost a battle and got captured."

"What are you going to do with them?"

"I have no fuckin' idea. Maybe, I'll just kill them. One less headache to face in the future."

As my men took the prisoners to the black cells, Lyanna and I began to walk into the Red Keep.

"You think about the future?" She asked with her head inclined as her eyes searched for something in my face.

"Aye.. For the past five years, I worked towards surviving in the wilderness. I had no one but myself. Everyday was a struggle. Now, I have you to care for and I'm no longer living in the wild. I have men who swore their swords to me. Perhaps, I'll capture some cruel lord's castle and rule over the land. Dreadfort seems like a viable option."

"You don't want to be the king?" She asked with a frown, ignoring that I was thinking of attacking Dreadfort and the Boltons, a house loyal to the Starks.

"Hah! Too much politicking and backstabbing. And, I don't like boot lickers and crazy southern ladies wanting to get into my bed and become the queen."

We walked at a slow pace and enjoyed the silence for a few moments.

"So, why lay siege on this city?"

I grinned and looked sideways at her while saying, "You just want me to say it."

She whirled in front of me and said with a coy smile, "What if I do?"

"I did it because it was the fastest way to rescue you. Turns out, you could do it on your own. I guess, me training you had some benefits."

She whirled around and walked with a skip in her step so that I couldn't see her face. But, I could tell she was smiling.

"That it did. Now, I'll draw you a bath and you better clean all that blood and grime off yourself! I wanted to hug you, but, this dress is too delicate to be dirtied! And that too by Lannister blood!"

I gasped and placed my hand over my heart.

"Who are you? What the hell did Elia do to you while I was away fighting?!"

She slapped my arm with her metal hand and scoffed before giggling and running away.

'Let's clean up before deciding the fate of house Lannister.'
