Midas finds himself in a white space again and smiles in happiness. He had made it! He fucking made it!

But there seemed to be something wrong… something even he could not pinpoint. What could possibly be the problem?

Midas walks around, thinking about what the issue could be. Is it the fact that he did not feel the usual muddleheadedness that he normally felt when he was getting transported to this place?

That might be the issue actually…

Normally he would feel this vertigo that would never go away no matter what. Now though, he felt nothing at all.

Midas thought a bit more and really could not figure things out. Why were things different this time?

Maybe it was the setting for the Trials of the Spirit?

But something deeper inside was telling him the truth is much stranger than that.
