"Adrian.... " Clara almost screeched but soon found Adrian open his eyes.

They were so sleepy, yet attractive at the same time. However, what surprised her was his random reply.

"Hmm... "

Clara was expecting him to respond to her with a seductive hum, but that little endearment after she called his name swayed her heart.

Clara couldn't speak a word after that and shamelessly gawked at his morning face.

Those black locks fell on his forehead making him look devilishly handsome and the way his eyes only looked at her made her feel giddy.

'Wait, was he awake all this time' Clara snapped when she saw him smile at her with that tempting lips.

Adrian had been awake the entire time but refused to leave the bed unless Clara came to him.

He knew it was a childish attempt to make her come and wake him up after she easily helped him sleep the last night. But he tried using his luck hoping to see her soon.
