46 A Crush~

After walking a few minutes of going through twists and turns down the large hallways of the palace, Aina and Ashur could finally see a glimpse of Ashur's room door just up ahead and soon stopped right outside his door.

"Well, we're here," said Aina "I guess this is where I take my leave."

"You're leaving already?"

"Yeah, I have to attend to some other matters, so I sadly can't stay," said Aina as she looked at him reluctantly.

She had wanted to learn a little more about Ashur, and maybe find out why Riveria was acting so different from how she normally was, and their exact relationship. Were they grateful acquaintances? It didn't seem that way. So were they friends? It might seem like they are good friends to most people, but she had known Riveria all her life, and after seeing her so excited, she felt something was up, as she usually would be serious all the time, and usually would only open up around her, and almost never in front of others. But today, she saw her open up for someone besides her for the first time in her life.

The two of them were best friends, and they were very close to each other. She was like a big sister to Riveria, and they almost told everything to each other, and there were almost no secrets between them. But earlier, when she asked Riveria what Ashur was like, she barely spoke a little about him and would even blush at times, which she found weird.

This combined, made her think that Ashur was not just a normal friend, as Riveria did indeed have a few friends, but she would still be serious around them, and not open up to them as she did with her.

This made her think that Riveria thought of Ashur as the same level as a best friend like her or even highe-!

Ah! Wait! Blushing? Thinking back, something suddenly clicked in her head, and it all started to connect, and it suddenly dawned on her! Her little Riveria had a crush!

As she thought about it, it started to make a little sense. She had found it weird seeing Riveria so excited after hearing that he wanted to be her bodyguard despite her dislike of people treating her like a princess. But it finally started to make sense to her, she had a crush on him!

Feeling like she discovered something interesting, a smile slowly formed on her face as she turned towards Ashur and said "I have to go now, I'll see you later"

"Alright see you later!" said Ashur as opened his door and entered.

Entering inside, both Ashur and Ene were surprised to see everything in the room was now tidied up, with the bed having new sheet's and blankets, and even the dishes he left after breakfast were gone, along with the table it was left on, and everything else in the room was thoroughly cleaned and spotless.

Keep in mind that they only left for only around a half an hour or so before returning. So to see the room cleaned this much came as a surprise to both him and Ene.

"Master, did we maybe enter the wrong room?" Ene asked in confusion.

Taking a seat on the bed, Ashur did a quick look around before saying "No, it's still the same room."

"Really? How could they make it like we weren't even here a half an hour ago!" said Ene in amazement.

"Indeed, I'm quite surprised at how they could clean the room up so fast," said Ashur.

If it wasn't for a few small details, such as the lingering 'Aura' of the force inside the room, Ashur would have thought he walked into a different room that looked identical to the one they stayed in.

What Ashur means by 'Aura', is the distinct feeling of The Force inside the room, which was due to him meditating inside, with most people were not able to sense it.

But it doesn't mean that they wouldn't feel anything, as if anyone entered the room, they would feel that being the room was very calming and serene.

But if an elf entered, due to their affinity towards Nature, they would be able to notice that this room was oddly in tune with Nature, and would feel that this room is 'Warm' and 'Calming'.

This was due to the high feeling of Nature inside the room, and the warmth they were feeling was not a physical warmth, but a spiritual one.

This was especially so for High elves, as they had an even higher affinity for Nature, they would feel it even more than regular elves, and would even unknowingly desire to be near it.

It is also the same if someone was right next to Ashur, they would find that he had a very calming and relaxing aura around him which was very similar to the feeling of Nature. This was actually the aura of The Force emitting from his body.

And although Ashur didn't know this, it was due to the aura of The Force being extremely close to the feeling of Nature, it unconsciously him more likable and agreeable towards people with higher affinities for Nature. Such as elves and High elves who hand naturally high affinities for Nature, and it inadvertently played a huge part in convincing Larfal to allow him to be Riveria's personal bodyguard due to his naturally high affinity for Nature as a member of the royal family.

This was naturally caused due to the nature of The Force.

The Force, also known as Power of Cosmos, is a metaphysical, spiritual, binding, and ubiquitous power which is viewed in many different aspects, including, but not limited to, the Light Side of the Force, the Dark Side of the Force, the Living force, the Unifying Force, the Cosmic Force, and the Physical Force.

It is also an energy field that is thought to be present in all things throughout the universe, surrounding and penetrating them, thus making all universal things connected by it. Such as space and time, living things such as plants and animals, inanimate things like rocks and metals, and so much more. And due to it being connected to everything, that The Force gives off a feeling of Nature. as in a way, it could be said to be part of Nature itself, and also much grander.

Sitting down on the bed, Ashur thought it would be a good time to check his status.

He had already claimed his daily login reward today and got another 8 chat points in addition to his original 16. When he checked his status, he knew he was on the right track, His magic stat had increased by a lot compared to before he started meditating, and his [Force user] development ability also managed to level up. Only from half a day of meditating at that. It seemed that his [Force user] development ability managed to level up also.

But Ashur sadly knew that this speed was only temporary due to his stats being extremely low right now, and when his status eventually gets higher, it will be more and more difficult to increase them.

But Ashur didn't worry much about that and decided he should train as hard as he can like he normally does and not worry about it too much, as if you focus on a number too much, you might lose sight of

what it truly means to get stronger.

finishing up inspecting his status, Ashur clicked over to the chat room tab to see what the chat group was up to, as he didn't have much to do right now.
