Tomoya did not head out right away. Instead, she quickly returned to Liliana's side, who was standing by the window with a look of fear in her wide-open eyes. "Liliana. You need to head to Eden."
"Huh? But… We are being attacked… I need to stay and organize." Liliana was shaking from head to toe, but she was still trying to put on a strong front. As a princess of her country, she just wished to protect it for a little while longer. But this was not in Tomoya's plans.
"Rejected! I did not save you from becoming a slave of Eri's for no reason. From this day forward you are now one of my people and will follow me. As such, get your ass into Eden!" Tomoya opened a portal and, with her foot, kicked the poor princess through it before closing it. She was being a little rough, but she had to do so in order to not waste time. She would just need to make it up to the princess later.
On the other side of the portal, a figure appeared and face-planted into the grass with its butt sticking straight in the air. "That was so mean! Didn't she say she would marry me!? I do not like this kind of play!"
"What kind of play are you talking about?" A voice came from Liliana's side. She looked up at the beautiful face that was smiling at her and felt the tears in her eyes welling up. "Kaori! Boohoo! Tomoya kicked me through the portal. The Kingdom is under attack. What do I do!?"
Kaori had no idea what to say since she was having a hard time breathing with Liliana strangling her. "Liliana, you need to calm down first! You are choking me! This is bad for the baby!"
"Ah!" Liliana let go and slunk down to the ground on her knees. "What do I do…."
"You only need to stay here and live. Tomo saved you, which means you are important to her. Being a princess is no fun, anyway. On Tomoya's side of things she was currently looking down at the scene below with a furrowed brow. Undead monsters were slaughtering anything they came across. It did not matter if the race or if they were just a pet. They killed without stopping.
"Miss, we sent the soldiers out as you have requested." A man stood behind Tomoya with his head lowered respectively. But if one looked closer, they would see his right eye was swollen.
"Next time, don't argue and just do as I say, and I won't hit you. But anyway, good job. Have the castle knights that are left begin evacuating the people of the kingdom. I know it won't be easy, but just do what you can. I will go say hello to the bastard who started this. Also…." Tomoya looked at the middle-aged man. He was the new head of the military. "You will be in charge of the kingdom. Because after this. Liliana will be following me."
The man stood there in a daze as he watched Tomoya jump off the tower and head towards the battlefield. He never thought that he would become king! But he knew he could not sit idle either. He did not wish to take over a kingdom that was destroyed. He had to do everything in his power to protect the people of the kingdom.
Tomoya quickly arrived in front of Kouki and the strange girl who was on his back, hugging his neck. "Kouki, I see you changed. You are no longer just a shithead but a fucking bastard who is killing millions for no reason."
"Tomoya…. So you have come. Good! I will kill you now and take revenge for Fatinia!" Kouki roared as he stepped forward.
"The who and a what now? Fatinia?" Tomoya's gaze fell on the girl. She could feel a strong force within this girl. "So it's you. You were the black figure who took Kouki that day?"
"Bing Bong!" Fatinia let out a small chuckle. "You are smart but also not too bright coming here alone."
"Huh? But I am not alone?" Tomoya reached her hand out and opened a portal to Eden; with a tug, she pulled out Suzu, Ryutaro, and Shizuku. "See, I have friends."
"What can these puny people do?" Fatinia squinted her eyes as she looked at the newcomers.
"They can keep the bastard jackass here busy while I kill you," Tomoya said with a bright smile. She turned and looked at the three people who were staring at Kouki in a daze. He really did not look good. His pale, bluish skin seemed to prove something had been done to him.
"No, I will kill you, Tomoya!" Kouki was enraged since he was being ignored again. He did not hesitate to step forward and attack.
"No, we are your opponents!" Shizuku was fast, very fast. She was already in front of Kouki before he could take more than a few steps, her sword slashing down at him.
"Damn it! You brainwashed Shizuku now!?"
