Sacrificed

In front of her was the chubby, yet muscular major. He walked around Lucy, "This scrawny dog can't possibly compare to my beautiful Annabel! ... But I guess she's gotta do."

He proceeded with pointing his fat finger wearing a silver ring, towards a river that was leading out of the Forrest and into the town, "Go wash her and put her in some new clothes."

As soon as he finished what he was saying, Lucy was pulled up from the ground and dragged behind a stone. You could just about see her head popping up behind the stone.

The knights positioned themselfs on the other side of the stone, and ordered her to go wash up. They placed a creamy white neatly put together cloth on top of the stone. Lucy had no idea what was going on.

Her gut feeling was telling her to run but she didn't want to anger the Major. She was just a orphan so they could come up with anything and have her executed, she had seen others getting arrested for simply bumping into the wrong person. So she did eventually do as she was told.

She undressed and put her muddy, ragged clothes next to the clean white one and went into the river. When she was done washing up she took the white cloth. Looking at it, it looked more like a nobles sleep wear. It was a creamy white with a tiny stripe bit of gold at the edges.

As she went out from behind the rock she could see the major rapidly taping his foot on the ground. Then she felt a sharp pain in the back of her neck, she felt her legs weaken and her consciousness fading. Right before she totally lost her conciusnes she heard one of the four knights say, "I'm sorry child, your sacrifice won't be in vain."

The little girl was cought by the knight that was just talking, he carefully lifted her up and held her in his arms. Noone said anything as they went into the Forrest partly because they didn't want to meet the beats again, but it was also to respect the little girl.

When the beasts started to attack civilians. They hadn't expected it to be as strong as it was. The beast got seriously pissed at them for attacking. It then ordered for them to give him their boss's youngest child, within a week or he would straight up attack the town and destroy everything.

The major refused to give his child to a monster in the Forrest and told them to get a child from town. When they saw an orphan living on the streets that looked to be around Annabella age they couldn't let the oppertunity pass.

They left the child in a small clearing in the forrest leaned against a tree. It was a humongous tree, everywhere where the shadow from its leaves hit nothing grew.

It was an almost perfect circle. Aclearing but also no clearing there was just one big tree covering it all, and as soon as the tree ended everything started growing again. They took the precaution to bind her legs and arms incase she would wake up, though, that would be terrible.

A little while after the five men had left a dragonlike squirrel slowly made its way towards the girl. Slightly sniffing her his eyes got thin as he silently almost growling, "They dare try and fool me?"

He looked at the girl lying there and his anger grew. 'those bastards are getting it' was the thought that went through his mind as he killed the girl in rage.
