It's Los Angeles, California 1997 and Xander Ashmore is the school nerd with the IQ level of Albert Einstein and star student in Math and Science. Then there is tall, drop dead movie star gorgeous, and popular as all hell Jared Brenner. Jared is the king, former star quarterback, crack addict, and alcoholic. Jared also suffers from ADHD, anxiety, and severe depression. His parents work in The Twin Towers and when they come home they completely ignore him. The two are paired together in science one day for a lab in which Jared surprises Xander by asking him personal questions, and later complimenting him in the halls before escorting Xander to class. During the school dance Jared outs Xander as being homosexual before regretting it and then later apologizing to Xander in the bathroom the next morning, things really get heated up from there! Until one fateful day when Xander has had enough of Jared's abuse he writes a suicide note to him proclaiming that he is going to commit suicide. Seeing this note causes Jared much distress and he decides to write Xander a note as well explaining why he behaves the way he does.

Especially because he has mysophobia and a severe case at that. So time passed by and in the blink of an eye, he was already 19 and the symptoms are not as worse as before after receiving some treatment and apart from feeling discomfort and the urge to clean all things he had thoroughly, all was normal. But it seems like life still hasn't let go of him yet cause one day when he was about to attend a regular meeting between the CEOs, an accident occurred due to a rift along with monsters appearing out of nowhere and successfully breaking the public train's course then sending the train to the sides with a screech. A lot of passengers inside the train were wounded and the monsters from the rift started to ransack the locomotive as well as try to kill either unconscious or wounded passengers there. Though thanks to some hunters, most were protected. On the other hand, Darius was one of the unconscious people so he wasn't able to see a golden-coloured object head towards and sink to his head And due to the chaos or just simply some strange 'phenomenon', no one noticed the glowing object that was probably a high levelled artefact. So in the end, Darius became a chosen without becoming an awakened first. By the time he awoke, three days have already passed and he was greeted by an extravagant-looking golden screen. Starting from that day onwards, Darius encountered many bizarre events as the artefact inside his body kept attracting strange people, creatures, treasures, and existences he had never heard of. But everyone cannot only experience a life full of rainbows and unicorns right? All the beings that whispered to him day and night all have one motive. And that motive was for him to grant them descent. In exchange for power. But what if he keeps on denying them? One must know that patience never lasts. But what will happen? If all the beings that curried favour to him at first all finally lost their patience? Will he be controlled forcefully? Will he be able to fight back? Will he be able to keep himself from falling apart? Questions are as endless and old as the Cosmo. Time may never be stagnant. But it will forever repeat. Survival as an antagonist is hard when the world is against you

A remake of another novel I created. Kazuki Takumi Amagiri was always a kid with a troubling life, abusive parents, poverty, being bullied at school you know the usual sob story that probably goes in a documentary for the early life of a serial killer or something. Throughout his life he's always wondered if maybe the reason world hates him was because he had the audacity to exist. But through a series of events he met his best friend and was introduced to a series of games where he found his spark of resilience to carry on in life in a character named Markus one of the main antagonists of the book. And ten years later he's a university student, dormmates with his best friend and is just about to finish getting his degrees. He'd also just finished playing the third installment in a his favorite video game franchise All was going well in life, things were looking up until in one cruel twist it was over, no fanfare, no "going out with a bang", Kazuki's life just fizzled out like a candle in the wind. Curiously though, Kazuki's story was not over as he found himself in the body of "Markus" at the start of his story. How will this strangely ironic twist of fate change the world at large? And more importantly how will it change our main character?
