Shin was already met the next city, he looked at it, it seemed like a wealthy city, fitting for nobles to live in it, the were many merchants in one line, nobles stood to go in another line without others, and at the left stood a line of what looked like adventurers and other people who weren't nobles, he looked behind himself, seeing the land which looked beautiful, having grass and flowers spread out making it seem serene, but further behind where dead bandits, or beasts that he had killed

He walked to the gate which was on the left, with all the other adventurers, and by wearing the adventurers armour he brought, he blended in with the others, even if he was shorter than them, some guys even tried to forth with him but he turned them down, telling them that he wasn't interested in a relationship, soon he got to the end of the line and showed his adventurers  license to the guard, he was let through, although he was confused since the other people In front of him had to pay, he got through the gate and looked around while walking, he noticed that there were cars that looked like they were from early 20th century, but non the less Shin was still surprised, after all he didn't think this world would be advanced enough to have cars, but he kept his blank face and walked to the guild

He was surprised when he looked at the map the child gave him before, after all when he entered the city he noticed that magic seemed to have flowed through it, and when he took it out he saw that it changed to fit the city he's in, and had the babe if the city on the top left, with it saying lien, he walked past a few shops and with the corner of his saw something that interested him, making him go in there

When he entered he saw a few nobles and adventurers walking around, objects in the store that seemed beautiful to look at, but he knew that wasn't all to them, as he sensed some magic being released there too, he moved to get out of the way of people and walked to a specific one

He found a necklace, with two red and blue gems attached to it, inside each gem was a picture of two people, a blue haired cute and meek angel, that radiated purity, and just made you feel protected, as if in eternal peace, it's eyes were closed, as if he was satisfied, it's swan like wings, that seemed like they would wrap you in comfort, it had long sleeves, and a halo floated on top of him, as if a benevolent being made to purify all sins

Next to it, on the red gem, a handsome demon was embedded into it, but although the demons eyes showed nothing but bloodlust, it's horns bent like goats horns, it's bat like wings looked as if they where flapping, as if he was above all else, his smirk showed nothing but his pleasure in killing, it's draconic tail was the only thing non demonic, but it emphasised on how much power this demon had, it seemed like nothing more than a malevolent psycho

The contrast between the two was obvious, one good the other evil, one who protects and the other who attacks, In fact their aura countered and canceled each other, making it seem like they are ordinary stones if not looked closer at

Shin picked it up, feeling a sense of familiarity from the dangling half pearl shaped stones, he looked around and saw it was one of the few unique items, so he knew that not buying it now could lead to him never getting it, but non the less he decided to take it, he thought about what he should do to the other necklace he wore, that was a gift from Char, since he needed it to hide his dragonic features, but remembered it had a ring form, so he brought his left middle finger in front of it and it automatically changed forms to a ring while also flowing onto his finder as if a liquid, when it was done it looked like a perfectly round ring that fit his finger exactly while having dragons on it as a pattern, with the tail coiling around a black and white pearl like gem, slightly glowing

He went to the counter, and went to the back of the line, waiting for others to finish their purchase, when he went to the front he got greeted

"Welcome to my small shop sir, how may I help you" a kind looking man asked him, as if he would wait patiently for the customer to tell them a problem, even if it was disadvantageous to his business

"I would like to purchase this" Shin responded to the man in a monotone voice, then put the necklace on the counter along with ten silver coins

The man took the money and put it in a pouch "that's actually the perfect amount" he told truthfully, although he was worried so he asked "are you alright kid, you seem kind of unemotional" 

"I am, bye" Shin told him with the same voice, picked up the necklace, and left before the shopkeeper could respond

Shin left and took the map out again, but then he had an idea, he opened his menu and opened a specific tab

Shin looked and saw himself staring blankly, with some boxes around him showing his current equipment, and a list under it, he looked a box which showed something like blank paper with an x in the middle and next to it a blank space, he tapped on the box then his own map, making it disappear and a smaller version of the map was shown in the small box, he then looked next to it and then previously blank space it was next to, was full, showing a very easy to see and labelled city, even secret entrances and escape routes, although he found no point in them and when he stopped looking his eyes fell on a red dot with his name over it, along with an arrow that led to the guild, so he simply followed it

A few minutes after he left a fat man arrived in a monsterous vehicle that looked like it belonged in the trash, named the car, he got off it, amd entered the shop, and looked for something, when he didn't find it he looked at the shopkeeper and asked in a not so nice tone "where is that useless necklace from yesterday"

The shopkeeper, slightly scared, replied with "s-someone else brought it" he was shaking, knowing that the noble Infront of him might get his head for this

The noble was mad and showed it on his face, but he know that if this man died many would investigate, even other nobles, and that would become a problem for him, so he simply said "well commoner, as your superior I shall kindly spare you, but don't you dare mess up like this again" and when he finished saying that, he left, going back to his car and drove of
