35 Not a Chapter(NOT DROPPED)

Wow, you guys and gals sure are flaming me good eh?

Well, for starters, let make say, yup! You guessed it! It's a NERF!

But not because he's becoming too strong, but because I'm too weak lol.

Echo has 'Perfect Memory', but I don't. And even though I write down all the skills in another aux chapter, it's becoming too hard to manage them all.

And I don't mean just writing all the skills down. I also have to make sure to increase their levels based on the amount of time that passed, as well as how much of that time that particular skill is used. I have to make sure I do t forget any of the skills being levelled up. I have to recheck everything to make sure I didn't mess up or accidentally levelled up a skill too much…

Like, imagine I suddenly write one of his skills went from Lv-1 to Lv-30 in a minute, but only went from Lv-30 to Lv-31 during the next hour. Can you imagine how many people would come to badger me about this mistake?

And even if they don't, I, myself, would feel bad about making such an error. After all, I am also a reader, and I wouldn't like a book with a gamer system which doesn't properly manage the MC's stats and skills and the like.

And all of that is just now, when he has less than 50 skills. What about when he goes to other worlds? When he learns other unique skills? Or even when he learns the advanced versions of the skills he already has?

Thus, due to all of the above reasons, I decided to restrict the number of skills he has. And don't worry, he'll get the 'Focus' skills, which is a cheat devised solely for the [Skills] Function, back soon enough. Maybe not in a few chapters, but he'll get it back. And it'll be more OP than ever.

And as for the chapter, to be honest, I was planning on releasing it on Sunday since there wasn't much plot progression but I couldn't exactly skip it either, but, well, what can I say?

There are too many good books in MTL to stop reading you know?

…I regret nothing.

Peace.
