Ride Me to Hell(1)

The elevator kept going down, while Green was still holding Amelia in his arms. He couldn't help but look at her long blonde hair and beautiful face. It's been years since they first met. First he was just an acquaintance to her, then became a friend to her till he started falling in love with her. 

There's so much he hasn't told about himself and she hasn't told about herself much either. Green wants to tell her but how will she react or how will she take it. That's what scares him, he's pretty sure she's also feeling the same about how he will react regarding her past. Now here he is, keeping her safe from some invisible entity who seems to be hell bent on going after her. He... can't lose her, just like...

His son.

"How can I live a normal life with her, if death walks around every corner of this earth?" Green said to himself.

Green wasn't wrong though, he thought he understood what Lawrence meant that day in the chopper about having a normal life being a gamble. You can live with your loved ones happily yes, but how long until they become prey to an SCP and you lose everything in an instant. 

That's the thing that everyone in this world fears the most. Losing someone to the unknown like SCPs and being afraid that the world can blow up in your face anytime if these anomalies and entities aren't handled perfectly. 

"I took this job and got myself in bigger situations, got myself killed on many occasions and yet here I am still. Great now I'm talking to myself." Green was not sure whether he should laugh or call himself crazy for talking to himself. Maybe it's the heat that the invisible thing did or it's just him. 

So he just sighed and waited for the elevator to reach the floor of the underground parking lot.

In Rodeo's view, he, Evan, Carlos and Collingwood kept running down the hallway, following the hoof marks left on the floor. 

"Stop!" Rodeo shouted as they made a right turn. 

The others stopped when he spotted it. A horse standing in front of the elevator. 

Rodeo not sure why Collingwood couldn't see it but he, Evan and Carlos can see it perfectly for some odd reason. The horse's mane and tail were on fire as well as its hooves. It had red-orange flaming eyes and its skin was black-gray in color, there were also glowing orange lines around his face, neck and left and right side of his torso.

"I'm not sure whether I should find him cool or dangerous."

"Really, Evan?"

"Ok , I'll shut up."

"Guys, I don't see anything. I only see the hoof marks." Collingwood said to the two.

Rodeo shook his head, "Doesn't matter, that thing is after Amelia and Green. We have to take it out."

Then it started to run down the hallway on the right side of the elevator. 

"It just ignored us."

"I got this! Catch up with me if you can." Evan said to them before his body started glowing in a yellow hue before beginning to fly after the flaming horse. 

Rodeo then says to Collingwood, "Collingwood, tell Emma to bring some fire extinguishing gear and weaponry and tell them to follow the hoof marks."

"Right."

"Also tell Emma not to put the site on high alert."

Collingwood nods and starts running towards Emma's office. Rodeo and Carlos started going after the flame horse by following its hoof marks. 

Meanwhile Evan was flying after the flame horse who seemed to be ignoring him. 

"I'm not sure what you are, but you cannot beat me and reach your destination. Because I, Evan Williams, have the power of...!" Then he yells at the top of his lungs with a magnificent Dio pose."

"ZA WARUDO"

Time halted around him and everything became black and white. Evan then flies towards the horse who was frozen due to the time stop and floats right in front of him.

"A horse, huh? But what is its purpose being here? And why couldn't Collingwood see it but me, Rodeo and Carlos can? Hmm. Oh well."

Evan then unleashed a barrage of punches.

"MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!!MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!!MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!! MUDA!!"

When he stops his attacks, Evan brings out twenty knives and throws them at the horse, but then the knives freeze in mid air due to the time stop. 

"Time moves once again." 

Saying this, time began to resume, as it did, the horse was hit by multiple punches while at the same time, the knives pierced his body in all directions. The horse fell on the floor while neighing in pain. 

"Too easy."

But then, the horse got back up again with all the knives falling off his body before it continued running down the hallway. 

'He just shook it off like it was nothing!' Evan thought.

Right as he chased it again, he saw the horse faze right through a door to its left, Evan quickly went for that same door and opened it to see it was running down a flight of stairs. And so, he continues to fly after him. 

"This horse fazed right through the door like a ghost, yet I could attack him and he seems to be focused on one objective, that being either Green or Amelia, and for some reason Collingwood can't see him. He's emitting an energy not similar to Rodeo's time bending energy, but similar to a... oh no."

Evan then came with a horrifying conclusion.

"This is an enemy Stand!"

Evan, now more serious about this matter, kept flying after the so-called horse Stand. 

'Damn it! It is so obvious, why the hell didn't we figure it out sooner!' Evan shouted in his thoughts as he continued to chase it down.

After running through numerous steps of stairs, the fiery horse finally reached the bottom and fazed right through a door. Evan quickly reached the bottom of the stairs and punched the door open to see that the horse had found itself in the site's underground parking lot. 

"I'm taking this thing out right now!" Evan, without wasting any more time, quickly flew towards it and punched it in the face, sending it flying towards a pillar and crashing into it. 

The horse then quickly got up but was then met by six icicles hitting him directly on his face. 

Evan looked to his right and saw Rodeo and Carlos. 

"Sorry, I had to take the stairs since Carlos couldn't fit in an elevator."

"Rodeo! That horse is an enemy Stand!"

"Nani!?"

"And it's an Automatic Stand, because it seems to be focused on one objective. No doubt it was given a set of instructions by its user to go after a target and I think the target might be Green or Amelia."

"Wait, if that is an Automatic Stand then that means..."

The three looked at the direction where the flaming horse was and saw that it was still standing and completely unharmed. It breathed fire out of his nose and proceeded to ignore them and went after the elevator. If the timing wasn't bad enough, the elevator opened and out of it came Green carrying Amelia in her arms. 

"Carlos, freeze its legs!" Rodeo ordered the oversized bird.

Carlos then quickly used his cryokinesis and froze the entire underground parking lot's floor, the horse's hooves and legs got immediately frozen and stuck to the ice. 

Rodeo looked at Green and shouted, "Green, get out of here! The thing that's after you and Amelia and is an enemy Stand!"

Green nods and heads for the tunnel that reaches outside. 

The horse's fire than grew more in size, making the ice around the parking lot melted instantly and the three were blasted back by the massive heat wave, that was unbearable, even Green got hit by it and immediately fell on his knees due to heat making him exhausted way to quickly and now he was feeling parched as well. 

"This heat, it's like walking in the middle of the Lut Desert in summer." Rodeo said.

"I don't think this thing can fight. At least I don't think so." Evan said.

Carlos growls in annoyance due to the heat.

The horse then looked at the three and to everyone's surprise, the Flaming Horse of Hell started to talk in a human tongue.

[You are interfering with my mission of aftering the main target. If you are here to defend the target, then you leave me no choice but to eliminate you.] The fiery horse said in a deep and ominous voice. [But before you burn from the flames of hell, I will tell you my name. I am a Stand known as...

Rodeo just facepalmed himself from Evan saying something in such a serious matter, but he will just forget it anyway.

At that moment, the three then all charged at the fiery horse.
