34 Chapter 34: Shopping

Ronnie’s POV

Thursday morning I wake up, and Nancy’s not in bed. With how cold her side is, she’s been up for a while now. I look over at my alarm clock and see it’s already 11:45 AM.

Sh*t, I’m late for work! I sigh and flop back down. It doesn’t hurt to take a day off. Nancy must be at school by this time. What am I supposed to do here alone?

I drag myself out of bed and take a quick shower. Dressing in dark blue jeans and a black t-shirt, I head into my home office and boot up my computer. Maybe, just checking some work emails will hold me over until I find something else to do.

What I’d like to do is take Nancy shopping for some house decorations. She should put her own personal touch on this place, so it feels more like her own home. If I remember correctly, she should be getting home around 1:30 PM.
