Just put a video tutorial on a popular blog / foodie site or on YouTube/Twitch (or Chinese equivalent) and passively gain points. Maybe not so much as trying to start your own channel or blog but being a guest on someone else's with a wide reach. Just solicit them some of them pancakes and get you a spot.
