Is it an affair?

KATY'S POV

I kept staring into Bruno's eyes, he seems somewhat surprised to hear me say I was in love with Darió am sure he never saw that coming. I burst into laughter.

"Very silly. You think I'll fall in love with that asshole just like that?" I said trying to surpress my laughter not to get him pissed.

"So you're not in love with him?" He asked with his eyes widely open.

"Of course not. I was just kidding. Don't think I even have plans to love that man". I said looking away.

"But you were once in love with him". Bruno said looking straight to my face.

I kept quiet for a while. Not sure if that was a question or he was making a statement.

For what I know Darió is a different person now, and there's no way I could possibly be in love with this Darió. He's changed.

He's now selfish, controlling and manipulative. How could I possibly love someone like that? It doesn't matter how I feel now. It makes no total sense.

"Hey Katy!" Bruno called me out of my thoughts.
