well.... that upgrade was a rip-off, there should be some guarantee, if you pay for something you should get it, if it is not provided there should be a refund like any proper business.... paying for something, then not even being notified of there being an issue with the service or good you paid for, not good business.

All the top-tier novels for which Webnovel obtains translation rights end up being dropped midway and are never completed.

Down to “3 chapters a week” which amounts to 12 per month. Why would anyone bother with the “read 20 ahead” anymore?
