So I just looked at the amount of chapters this novel has. It has a total of 3165 chapters with 8 side stories. Based on where we are right now that gives us about 1100-ish chapters left. Based on what I've seen on this website for the past couple years this novel updates once every 2-3 days. Assuming 1 chapter/ 3 days that is about 121 chapters a year. Which factoring into the leftover chapters would take slightly over 9 years to finish translating. Assuming 1 chapter/ 2 days that is about 183 chapters a year. Which translates to about 6 more years of translating. Bro I'm actually going to be finished with college and have a job by the time this novel comes even close to finishing.
Lord Shadow almost has to be another previous Lord of the Netherworld. So along with him, Fat Ball, Senior White Two, and the striped dragon (and maybe the boy with the eyes?) Shuhang seems well on his way to meeting all of them, and fat ball aside gets along with most more or less well. Perhaps when Lady Onion becomes Wielder and finally surpasses Shuhang…somehow…he’ll be her Netherworld counterpart?
