Hmm... Tangning is right here, if Song Yanshu really did it for a third party then I don't have any sympathy left for her. I've been ignoring that POV in my analysis in prior comments because it didn't seem to amount to anything (and her "new" boyfriend apparently just wants her eyes? I don't understand what's going on there...) so with imperfect information, I guess I might have overprotected her point of view, although I do think my latest comments have been more neutral in that regard, mainly because it's clear Song Yanshu wants to clear things up for herself, rather than for Tang Jingxuan, which is a normal thing but implies that she doesn't view her feelings for him as something truly important. Either way, Tang Jingxuan's gone for a while, I assume this is now backburner material. Also, Long Jie! Tangning isn't vengeful =P She's just not willing to let go of people who hurt her(or the people around her)! There's no grudge here =P Just people courting doom! ... Interesting...so Tangning maybe cause of her tone...she must be aware of Yangshu's past... I might grasping straws though. But she is the type of capable person who would gather Intel on those surrounding her love ones whether or not those people around her loves are capable. Cause Tangning said to Yangshu who came to talk to her about Jingxuan, (it quite for quote btw)are you really doing this for her brother, for him to be successful and on top? Or for some other reason. Yes, Yangshu work hard for Jingxuan, we know that. But then from these later chapters compared to chaps 493 or 494 and the past chapter, (in my POV) Yangshu isn't sure of her personal feelings for Jingxuan anymore. Now I am wondering her "professional" actions for Jingxuan's career really for him, his success. Or she, is misviewing or taking him as someone else. Cause if you, look back as refresh at chap 520ish. She told a mystery dude (MD) on the phone, 'he is not like you' and Jingxuan happened to overhear her. Before he talked to her about the one night stand and fired her after she said the night meant nothing, they are adults and they have need and thus Jingxuan telling her'it might be how she feels but he can't take sleeping together as nothing, she is his first' thus firing her. Then she works for an artiss who took most of his jobs. Not only that mystery dude came to talk to Jingxuan telling him, that Yangshu liked him(MD) and that basically got into her job for him even though for 11 years he rejected her and treated her like a sister only when Jingxuan came, he (MD) realize d he wants her. Even though his(MD) motives is bit for Yangshu but for her eyes. So Yangshu is confused but it makes you (me as a reader ) wonder was all her actions really for Jingxuan because she likes him and wants him to succeed? Or his is seeing someone else instead while working for Jingxuan? And I meant by this let's say, I am Yangshu and in Jingxuan I see in him my 'ex' or 'my former long love who rejected me for years', so I am treating Jingxuan well for him to succeed. So tell me, is this fair for Jingxuan? Both Yangshu and Jingxuan during this whole affair is just sad, almost toxic actually. Either they talk it out, try to see themselves before they talk again or stay away from eachother.
