The author is evil with the naming of Wushai's child! The moment he was born he was given the name Long Ling (Dragon spirit). It symbolises blessing the child with the spirit and longevity of a dragon but in this case it more of a tragic story because the child truly became the dragon spirit of dragon court/palace.

Which means we might see another episode of Fang Yuan's determination - this time it will be his ambitions/aspiration vs a lingering Will's regrets which has lasting a million years. (but then again after the previous chapter maybe we gotta requestion what it means for man to be the spirit of all living things) I remember before spectral soul had the sovereign immortal fetus gu stolen by FY he said something along the lines that with the sovereign immortal body not even Ren Zu would be his match if he revives? What if Spectral Soul also knew that Ren Zu could detonate everyone so he needed a body that wouldn't be affected by Ren Zu's mass extermination technique? Just a theory lel
In order to calm myself down, this is what I’ll write: Wu Shuai can’t be a threat to FY, he’ll be easily found out from wisdom path methods, and he doesnt have the the resources required to betray the makn body, it should be fine. FY can take out his will and replace it again with his own, and then everything will be fine. Yes. Definitely.
I feel so much pain. He really resonates with my heart. The sacrifices he had to make to make, despite all the obstacles, but he kept on his path. He kept true to himself till the end.
