The funny thing is that Ma Hong Yun is like the typical MC of nearly every CN novel (ridiculous plotarmor, harem, weak vs. strong) and Fang Yuan is like the antagonist that schemes against the MC and gets beaten to a bloody pulp. Normally, in all other novels the readers root for the MC and against the antagonist, but here everyone wants him dead. Usually the roles of MHY and Fang Yuan would be reversed.

Heaven rivalling fortune gu? Nah bra, this is seriously a euphemism for plot armor, have you seen a plot armor that shields a sidecharacter rather than an mc?😂

I want to see a fan fic of MCs of other popular novels appearing in this novel and Fang Yuan crushing them like they deserve despite their plotarmor. It would be so satisfying.

Errr... Yeah... I will laugh way too hard when this lucky bastard finally dies. If there's something I hate, it's people who doesn't even try yet gets everything without any hardship. At least normal mcs tend to work hard and risk their lives as they actually have to be somewhat intelligent and think about their actions, but this guy just uses luck for everything. He's like cliché mcs but with twice the plot armor and half the effort.

For once in a novel it isn't the mc who has the so called ultimate plotarmor but instead was given to a side character

So FY is either gonna use Ma hong yun to kill off time path immortal or expose him to wisdom Gu, a rank nine immortal Gu which gives no fucks about rank 8's.

This... MHY is just too much, relying on luck to go against our righteous and rational MC.

Author did a good job of creating an antagonist I hate deeply and wholly. Hopefully he can use calamity beckoning gu in some way to get rid of that hong yun.

Why so many people hate ma hong yun ? He is stupid but ultra lucky it's a pretty funny combination haha and don't forget that the bad guy in the story has always been fang yuan haha
