Honestly, it wasn't that unexpected, especially since that San antonio princess saw Elisa as her killer, but doing this means Elisa has truly lost Roland forever, instead of trying to understand him or his heart she went full balistic the other way, ensuring she would receive only his hatred. Even if he stays forever with her, he will loathe her. It really is a pity some don't understand that even if your love is possesive, a real life yandere is actually quite hateful.
Yeah, she as totaly lost Roland in doing something as hatefull, despicable, and rutless. 10 years ... she as betrayed him for 10 f*cking years. What she expect of him, in destroying everything he as try to build, and save ? All his work, all his hope ? This is total idioty and madness. She's utterly stupid to do that. What she expected of that, seriously ? But sadly, this is not so surprising ... But ... she KNOW this f*cking piece of sh1t of Karwentz, and how he work, think and act. She KNOW HIM ! How can she fall in so obvious, blattant trap ? This is not love ... this is possessivity.
While the betrayal of Elisa was certainly something, especially when you consider their long history together, with Roland and Lisa adventuring together back in the day, I also want to point out how long it has been since Roland’s old house has been seen. Makes me nostalgic for the days when Roland was still just a crazy lich.
Okay, I sort of expected that one of the Chaos Girls would succeed in becoming Cynthia since Karwenz was doing a great job in hunting them down. And I figured that Elisa probably wouldn't die since she's a pretty important character even if she was out of focus for most of the story. Meaning that I thought it likely that she'd be the victorious Chaos Girl. But that very casual reveal still gave me chills.
I can't decide if Elisa is doing this because she's naturally yandere or if she just doesn't believe she can compete with all of the other powerful heroines in trying to win Roland's love. Given how every other contender had some sort of powerful background or ability, Elisa might have ended up with an inferiority complex in terms of her ability to become Roland's love.
This is so sad ... this is even worst than i was fearing. Well, not exaclty, this is the worst case scenario i wanted not to imagine, because it will be far to rutless and hurting. I realy am sad for Roland. He will be forced to kill her. And the worst art is it's obvious to end like that. I mean, what Elisa expected to do that ? Have his body, and take him in jail by force when all he as fight for crumble to nothing before him ? The only thing she can gain from that, is the eternal hate from him. And despise. How can someone fall and be so much blind to think that will work ?
