I honestly expected a more detailed and slightly boring chapter about the processes needed to allow the flying mountain to lift off with a mix of the logistical side and the magic needed for the island to decide its size and power needed. That said, i much rather like this method better as it also gives us the much liked mindbreak PoV. Also, i totally thought the old man that was mentioned was Kajen viewing the flight for his next playwright/screenplay
