Second Eye
Now that Iâm way ahead in the story (chapter 900+), everytime I think about the title of the novel, Release That Witch, I really feel like it is a genius name. Because this moment, when he released Anna, is really the moment when everything began. Because he made that step, everything changed, for him, the witches, the people, Graycastle, etc. I believe there are (at least) two ways to interprete the evolution of this novel. The first way is to say that Roland made great things because of his knowledge from his original world. The second way is to say that actually, even without amazing modern knowledge, just Rolandâs mindset without any preconceived ideas, would have been enough to change this feodal and obscure world for the better. It would have stir innovation, economic growth and humankind advancement anyway. Isnât it possible that our world too, with a change in mindset, replacing dogmatism and ideologism for more pragmatism, could change for the better? There is no need to wait otherwordly reincarnations. Could tomorrow's real heroes be us? Release The Future.
