There is loads of other things that takes engineering and design along with mathematics and calculations for calibration and design yet there is no science? This isn't what they call artifact creation or blacksmithing but genuine technology yet there isn't any science?

They just mentioned that for each Tier, they would awaken a new element. With the fact that Mo Fan has innate dual elements, he would most definitely get 2 new elements for eachf tier

People are still caught up in a small - albeit poorly explained - detail from 35 chapters ago. They have science math literature and all that, but they have a different understanding of the way the world works. So they have classes that are basically magic oriented versions of what we have. The list of classes is in chapter 1. Materials knowledge and magic tools and devices knowledge, for instance, replace chemistry and practical sciences respectively.

It doesn’t feel like very much happens each chapter but it sure keeps up a quick pace with all the time skips. Hopefully the chapters get a bit meatier
