I would have objected for sure. Insulting someone who deserved to be insulted shouldn't be punishable. Those teachers are just covering their own behinds because the Mu family can easily pull strings within the school. Not to mention it was already decided that this little verbal fight was going to be solved by a duel at the age of 18 so its still up in the air who will be apologizing to who. School is really in the wrong here.
