It just makes no sense for MC to decide to cultivate his lightning first instead of fire. It seems so illogical to me if he had decided to hide the fact that he can use two elements then the most logical solution to fix his plight in order to prevent anyone from finding out his secret is to cultivate fire element first since this being the element that everyone knows he had awaken. Just don’t understand the author’s logic. Seems to me that the only purpose for the author to go this direction is to just create conflict plot story.
