This is getting out of hand very quickly. The author is implementing way too many different things right away. Qi levels, four seals, alchemy dans, essences, the flame of purity, the bible of three lotuses, ******uous marriage (+pedophilia), an internal eye of execution with many abilities we've yet been told of. All of these are rather poorly explained as well. It is quite well-translated, so we've got that going for us, which is nice
