Drunk Tiger
Thanks for the chapter. Lol, no contract laws? This country should have collapsed centuries before the demons came along. Also, congrats ZT, you managed to circumvent all of the menial tasks involved with running your territory and businesses by delegating to your wives. Now your time is free to... fight. In all seriousness, its obvious he can turn this situation to his advantage with his earthworms, seeds and fertilizer. I'm just hoping that he's not stupid enough to let on about his COBI. Others already suspect he has some sort of item/skill. It's been a very long time since the authors had ZT do something inexplicably foolish just to move the story along and I'm hoping it doesn't happen again
Wow the hua are so great. They dont need contracts and can screw people over but they are hua people and like to step over people with bs imaginary contracts that even screwed the mc. The author better make the mc more intelligent because he believes that he can still make a profit and “trap” the commander even with the loss of his secret technology and loss of grain profits. Plus the mc believes that his wives should control and lead his property. Women should be able to manage the territory but why is the mc thinking about a matriarch society, doesnt he want to control his own fate?
And why the f.u.c.k. is everyone in Steampunk-China so concerned about "Gentlemen" and "honor", "face" and "fame" when a military dude can basically force someone who distinguished themselves in service to their country to either show their cards or go bankrupt? We know ZT is rich AF but he doesnt. What a dick. Instead of asking for help he forces this territory on ZT and will probably swoop in when ZT heals the land and "ask" him to hand over the secret method to "serve the country". China #S.H.I.T.
