... If that performance doesn't sell his suit, frankly nothing will :P Although the problem really should be that the suit is amazing.... but it requires a godly operator. Thankfully the long and short of the suit is ******. It's just a very sturdy framework, just add on attachments which are made of heavenly materials if necessary.

This is why I like this story so much, if Li Yao won in any other way, no matter how good performance he had shown there would always be the doubt on their battlesuit since it has exploded once already. Now that Li Yao showed that he has a control over battlesuit to such a degree that he can even simulate an explosion and still remain unharmed, it proves how reliable the battlesuit is.

Looks like the valve system should work... all that smoke+explosion just vented out... Useful feature that gives the user a last burst of power after reaching the end of the suit’s its capacity...

I bet he installed a hologramm to make sure the others don't try to take the ball away in the end, genius!
