The threat, coupled with the previous words about *****, young ladies… Could the other party be Luo Ruoxin’s family? Yeah, sure. That's probably the case, but the girl he's talking about here is CLEARLY not luo ruoxin. The way he speaks shows that he knows that the girl from the luo clan is in love with him and no one knows that other than ruoxin and the mc. The other people just know that he likes her, but hardly anything more than that. Also, "*****, young ladies", clearly this doesn't describe luo ruoxin, she's anything but a ***** young lady seeing her power, status and knowledge. As for immense power, it's probably referring to the status within the clan. So, the girl he's talking about is just luo qiqi. It couldn't be more obvious. If it was actually luo ruoxin, the author wouldn't have to hide it and pretend to be all mysterious. The only times this author hides stuff in a fashion like this is when he's trying to trick the reader into thinking it's the obvious choice(ruoxin), when in fact it's someone else(the only other person it could be is luo qiqi). If it was just ruoxin, he wouldn't need to disguise the name at all, it's not as if it makes things more interesting in a comedy nonsense novel.
