There is no hope for this one i think. As you can see it's been at least a year since the last release. And before that the updates were with months intervals at times. Now if what another reader wrote is true (on the comments on this chapter), there is even less chance it gets picked up. đ
I went ahead and read the mtl, the next 80 chapters have the content of 200 chapters squeezed in. A lot of detail feels lost, and it seems like the original ending was scrapped for a more open ending. The twist at the end is so bad you want to beat the author into a đ!
